Great sized rooms for a family of four. Hotel is definitely off the beaten track, which was a plus in our view, with large rooms and some good outdoor space to wind down in the evening. Well fitted rooms (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) which would be great for a longer stay. Nearby Geinberg spa was a good morning's outing for the family. Very much enjoyed our stay, the hotel met all our expectations.

When we checked in it was quite weird, walking from here to there to get to reception. And then we were given the wrong room. Which is where they had listed us as our room, so it wasn't a mistake of 'wrong key' (and it was quite dirty and unwelcome). When I realised because our room was supposed to have a bath and washing machine, we went and told them and we didn't even have to say anything, they just gave us the key to the correct room which is exactly as pictured. So they knew where we were SUPPOSED to be because they put us in there - without us even saying it. It was alright, water is white which is quite icky. The cooking utensils are not big enough at all for a place designed for 4 people to sleep. Washing machine could use some instructions but it was good to have one!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are interested in quiet, picturesque surroundings with full kitchen apartments and modern, stylish decor. However, if you need the internet for your business trip then this may not be for you! The signal was very intermittent and eventually cut out completely leaving me with a backlog of work to catch up on the next day. This would have been the perfect stay if it wasn't for this (small but incredibly frustrating) problem.

Buchung und Vorabkommunikation verliefen problemlos, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider ließen die Sauberkeit, der Zustand und die Ausstattung doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und hatten nicht viel mit den schönen Fotos in der online-Darstellung zu tun. Die gebuchte Nichtraucherwohnung stank furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch, dafür erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und uns wurde unkompliziert ein anderes Appartment gegeben, in dem die Luft auch nicht gut aber zumindest etwas besser war. In dieser Wohnung entdeckten wir dann allerdings eine Maus, deren Kot in den Küchenschränken lag und die nachts unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel anknabberte. In der Küche war fast kein Geschirr vorhanden. Bad und Küche waren nicht gut gereinigt, Dichtungen und Stöpsel fehlten, Silikonfugen waren verschimmelt und bröckelten. Nach Benutzung der blauen Handtücher waren unsere Hände blau abgefärbt. Wo die vier Sterne herkommen, ist uns schleierhaft. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber sauber darf es schon sein. Die Lage ist schön, die Anlage von außen betrachtet auch. Wir werden nach diesem Erlebnis beim nächsten Mal dennoch eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Sehr beschaulich und eher ausserhalb auf einer Anhöhe. Ehemaliger Bauerhof mit entsprechendem Charme. Sehr symathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Unweit von der Therme Geinberg!

Hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht. Die Lage ist ruhig auf einem Hügel. Man hatte einen schönen Blick über die Gegend. Das Zimmer war riesig mit kleiner Küche und im Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Entgegen anderen Rezensionen war meine Suite sauber. Wer Essen gehen will muss etwa 4km in die nächste Stadt fahren. Die Ausstattung ist nicht hochwertig aber ausreichend.

Det var väldigt avsides men otroligt vackert. Rummet vi fick var väldigt stort med separat sovrum och kök. Kändes väldigt nybyggt med fantastisk utsikt över kullar. Badrummet var stort och rent. Dock så var det en stor och fin dusch som de satt ett duschdrapperi runt som var alldeles för litet. Mycket trevlig personal.
