Everything was really good.

Expensive breakfast but all great

Relatively new hotel. We got our room, nice view, nice breakfast. Good transport links. Billa just outside the hotel. Breakfast area last floor 22, with amazing views towards the city center.

We liked the minibar and really nice smell.

The staff was very nice and helpful!

Breakfast expensive at 25€, did not refill baked beans, staple for vegetarians!...service at the breakfast was slow to refill bread or baked beans!..variety is ok but not worth the money especially for vegetarians!..

Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast and view, anything friendly. Close proximity to transportation.

Breakfast didn't give much choice.

The staff at Reception and at Breakfast were amazing. Friendly, accommodating and attentive. Plenty of food and good variety. The only down for me was the lift system. If you are in a hurry to reach the bathroom, you'd be in trouble. Specially as there is no toilets on the 22nd floor where the breakfast area is.

Hotel rooms has good space. Good connectivity to city centre and other attractions.

Was in Vienna for business and arrived on the early flight to make the most of hotels.com platinum ‘benefits’ and check in early. Messaged the hotel through hotels.com a week earlier to say I’d be there at 1100am. When I arrived I was told there were no rooms available until 3pm. I was told they do not receive the messages from hotels.com and there was nothing they could do, I could have a dirty room or wait 4 hours for a room. I decided to go for a walk around the shopping centre for 30 mins. When I returned there was a different person on reception so I decided to try again, saying I’d got up at 2am and really needed to sleep. A much warmer receptionist tapped a few buttons and lie and behold a room was available! A poor initial check in and first impression of the hotel. Also left with the feeling that being a platinum member of hotels.com doesn’t really mean anything to them.

My go to hotel for a quick shopping trip to Vienna

They didnt clean and change the towel in our two nights stay, until we let them know that we need some new towels to use.
