Hotel Allegro

Really great hotel for the price. The room was very spacious and they'd given us a fan and a cooler to beat the heat.

When we checked in, staff was extremely professional and nice. Room was spacious. Extremely close to the train station which made our trip super convenient! Only area of opportunity was cleanliness a bit, for couch - one of the arms was broken, and when I sat on it felt like it has not been cleaned a while. It may not be the case and it’s entirely possible that it was just a super old couch. in the room they did provide Fan! But we had to open windows all night as it was extremely hot, and with the windows open it got a little loud because of the trains. If you are a light sleeper or run warmer, something to think about. I am not a light sleeper so I was fine with that.

The pictures online did not look in person. No AC, only fan. Ratings were high and the room was dirty and looked like a motel 6

Large room which was well noise insulated. Unfortunately the room was just too hot even with the temporary additional air conditioning unit. As the hotel was near a busy road and construction work was also going on having the windows open at night just wasn’t an option for us.

Shower head broken, no AC, they put a fan with a lot of noise, dirty carpet, etc.

No ac on the room. It’s was the most unacceptable situation with 34 C without ac.

Very spacious and very clean. Worth the money paid.

Your Hotel Allegro in Vienna Austria my room was great exempt there was no parking at the hotel and that was inconvenience for us to fine parking

I liked that hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature on the radiator. When we opened the window, it was very noisy.

It was very hot, even with the fan. Could not open the windows because of the noise and dust coming in thru the windows

A great place one block from train subway connections and a 35 minute walk to the Museum Touristic Areas / Some rooms have kitchenettes and the supermarket is two short blocks away / cafes... fast food BusFlix has a stop three blocks Away to Graz Uber works very well and many buses

The hotel was clean and easy to fet to city center by tram and the airport is also close. Hotels staff were kind and helpful.

Gedateerd. Ruime grote kamer. Airco werkte niet. Bouwput voor het raam. Begonnen om 6.40 met het weghskken van beton. Wel goede bereikbaarhed, station op loopafstand.

The hotel was not exactly what I expected. They are unfortunately right in the middle of a major road construction (not their fault, obviously) which made it complicated to reach on foot and taxis had to make a detour to access the hotel from the back entrance. It seems to be 2 buildings joined together. They are old buildings and the elevator was very small. Rooms are basic and have carpeted floors. Bathroom was very spacious. By our second day, a large group of teenagers arrived and they were very noisy (as all teens are) and this could be heard sometimes at night or early in the morning, but it never was a major issue. The buffet breakfast is good. The bread is awesome! Nothing fancy but perfect to start your day. Front Desk closes at 10 pm so you have to access with your room key. There are several restaurants nearby and the metro station is located under the bridge.
