Friendly staff, great location. A little warm in the rooms.

The worst experience which somebody could have!! Because of delay of our flight, we arrived close to midnight and the door of hotel was closed!!! There were the guests of other 3-4 rooms as well as us there!! It was an announcement paper with one phone number which declare tonight nobody is in reception and call this number, but nobody picked up the phone!! 8-10 people were in the street and by chance a guest was going out and we could enter yo lobby and nobody was there!!!! Everybody slept in a corner of lobby till almost 7 am which 2 young girls came and without excusing or explaining anything , just told us , you can go to other hotel We asked to meet manager or to talk to somebody and it seems manager was in vacation! Lobby was so dirty and everywhere you can find insects or other things. We sent a claim to hotels.com and they re-act very professionally, but nobody from hotel even gave them any answer. This is an unbelievable experience which I faced in the last 25 years with one hotel and nobody believes it.

In the center of Vienna

In the center, close to Eurocar rental area.

Great location. Quaint hotel.

Very unfriendly to tourists from other countries. Television unusable .no other subtitles available but German. Ridiculous. Similarly Vienna has spectacularly poor availability of translated instructions even in self service pay stations when one wants to pay for merchandise! Very inhospitable in many ways.

No AC in hallway, no shampoo and condition, no tissue paper, no drinking water at room. No front desk after 11pm. Top roof room no window.

Air conditioning is very poor. Otherwise property is good value in good location. Staff is very friendly. But would not stay here in summer months because room was hot. They should provide fans.

Everything went very well. Excellent location and facilities. I just had a missunderstanding during my check in. For being perfect should be people 24-7 at the front desk 😁.

Great location, very clean, excellent breakfast; it could use an update to the decor

I stayed in a suite with my family. We greatly enjoyed the property and the location, at walking distance from most important sites. We had some difficulty with management before getting there, since they interpret the "non refundable" nature of the booking in a very strict sense to mean that no changes are allowed, even to add a person or book a different, more expensive room. But once we got there, we had a great stay. The suite was spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is great. We'd certainly go back to this hotel.

Simple hotel in the periphery of Vienna. Short walk to Karlsplatz and the opera (5-8 mins) Hotel is quite basic, no frills but the price was good for its location. The beds were so soft and uncomfortable, I had back aches the next day. The squeaky floors was annoying. every other step the floor squeaks loudly. Bathroom was clean and again pretty basic. AC was cool not cold for the 34C days we were there. All in all, pretty basic and ok hotel if you are not too particular.

This was a clean and convenient property for visiting the city center and elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was terribly hot during our visit. That translated to the elevator being terribly hot as well. Overall we loved it.

room is spacious. location is perfect, walking distance to many of attractions. the queen bed, however, is made by using two twin beds.

Basic hotel in the heart of tourist area. The room was small, but good enough for 2.

Wonderful place to stay to visit Vienna. Close to many shops, garden, & many restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Great location, spacious rooms. Rooms were cleaned daily. I was a little hesitant about booking here because of the reviews but would stay there again
