The location was amazing and the hotel charming. Very nice breakfast. Parking was easy but it costs per night.

Fabulous Dinner at the in-house Kaminrestaurant, wonderful nights rest in the lovely modern-alpine decor room, and an amazing breakfast spread. Anything you could ask for and then some !!!

A great hotel in Kufstein!

Walking distance from Kufstein Train Station. Cutting through the shopping & dinning district. Breakfast was excellent. Nice view facing Kufstein Castle. Hotel offer a tourist card which offer free entry to Castle as well as public transport. Will come back again

Excellent breakfast. Hotel also provided very good information on what to do in the area including hiking trails. Lack of AC was tolerable even in warm weather. Only disappointment was absence of laundry facility for guests which was contrary to Expedia list of amenities for the property. Would definitely stay again in the future!

The best breakfast of the 7 hotels that I stayed in. 10 minute walk to train station. Was given a guest card for the bus and other tourist attractions. Beautiful castle from the back window. Wonderful walking paths up the hill from the hotel.

Everything was excellent including breakfast.

Stayed here as a stopover from Munich airport and the nearby ski fields. Hotel and restaurant excellent and a lovely old town with very interesting castle. Highly recommend.

After email confirmation of the reservation we called as required the hotel for key code information. At this time we also confirmed with Mss. Karina of the reception that we request extra cushions and to confirm that we will have the ordered COMFORT ROOM with mountain few! At arrival the room was not a comfort room and few to inner courtyard which let you see only the other side windows, and no extra cushions provided. To inform the management we called the hotel number, but after a short discussion the person of the hotel mentioned to “SHUT UP” and hangup the phone. After trying to contact two times again and waiting 30 minutes for a proposed call, we called the emergency hotel mobile number where the person changed the room which had a terrace into the courtyard but still was not the ordered COMFORT ROOM, and my husband was requested to take 2 cushions from the previous room. Comment: we expect in a 4star hotel that the above mentioned issues never would happen ! And additionally the room standards is not the expected standard of a 4 stars hotel as it had some damages on bath tube and door frames, the minibar had only 2bottles of water inserted, no coffee or tee maker on the room, and not even a beverages vendor machine provided in the entrance area as the reception is closed from 10pm until 7am! Luckily in the morning a very good breakfast buffet, where the chef cooked a very tasty omelette.

Roof terrace is really nice, rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is great and there is parking for 8 euros per day. Ask about a tourist card.

There is really nothing negative we can say about this hotel, but it also was not wowing us. It is a good hotel, staff was helpful, it was clean, but overall, it did not do all that much for us, except for providing a place to sleep, and the beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel, because the view of the roof terrace looked amazing in the photos. It looked like there would be the river between the hotel and the castle above. However, what looked like the river on the photos, was in fact a flat roof of one of their conference buildings, and the roof terrace had a few seating areas, but no guest services when we were there. No views from the room or even from the restaurant. The room itself was spacious, but overlooking a road. It just wasn't quite what we expected. Breakfast buffet was good. On this trip we paid less for other places with amazing views and/or more charm.

Easy and beautiful walk from the train. Staff was berry helpful and courteous. Property has a rooftop with a gorgeous view of the castle and mountains. Breakfast was perfect. Only downside was no a/c and it was a heatwave. I left the window open and it was manageable. I would stay there again, even if no a/c. The rooms /bathroom are modern, comfortable, and clean.
