Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony.
When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.
Even though I explained I have a disability and mental health issues the staff in the morning thought a breakfast bribe would keep me quiet

One block from the tram, easy walking distance to central town, friendly staff. This is a very nice, recently remodeled Graz “house”, with big clean rooms. Only downside was tram depot across the street. If you wake easily with windows open in summer, get a room on the courtyard side.

Çok güzel, modern ve temiz küçük bir otel. Eski tarihi bir binada yer alıyor ve şehir merkezine çok yakın - yürüyerek en fazla 10 dakika. Odalar konforlu- mikrodalga fırın, su ısıtıcısı ve buzdolabı mevcuttur. İş yapan insanlar için interneti de çok iyi ve hızlı. Ben arka tarafta balkonlu bir odada kaldım - bir bahçeye bakıyor, ve yazın bahçe de acıkmış. Kahvaltı güzel ve bol çeşitli. Yakında market, eczane ve vegan restaurant var. Tramvay istasyonuna da 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Gute Lage. Nettes Personal. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.
Zimmerpreise sind total in Ordnung. Frühstück ist jedoch seperat zu zahlen. Wäre toll, wenn das inkludiert wäre. Ist jedoch nicht weiter schlimm. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen super angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Im Rahmen einer Fortbildung am LKH ohne Frühstück gebucht. Mit den Öffis alles super zu erreichen. Ca. 10min Fußweg vom Jakominiplatz entfernt, alles Wichtige in der nächsten Umgebung. Sauberes, kleines Zimmer mit Balkon, bequemes Bett und Willkommensgetränk. Freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht da, während einer Weiterbildung. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten von der Inneren Stadt entfernt und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Straße.
Preis/Keidtung find ich ok für die Lage,
man kann mit oder ohne Frühstück wählen, ich hatte kein Frühstück daher kann ichs nicht beurteilen.
Positiv beim Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) zu beurteilen ist, daß es einen sehr großen hofseitigen Balkon, einen richtigen großen Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Mikrowelle hat. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, aber ganz ok. Ein verhältnismäßig großes Badezimmer, jedoch die Dusche leider mit Duschvorhang, das mag ich nicht so gern. Außerdem gibt es nicht eine einzige Ablage für die Dinge die man im Bad nunmal braucht. Weder in der Dusche noch beim Waschbecken. Das ist recht unpraktisch.
Leider war das Zimmer auch sehr überheizt, und außer beim Handtuchtrockner im Bad konnte man nichts an der Temperatur zu ändern. Das bedeutet Energie verblasen weil Balkontür sehr lange offen!
Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, und weil das Hotel erst vor kurzem eröffnet hat, würd ich sagen, bei den paar Kleinigkeiten noch Ausbaufähig.
