Had a room against the street, Very noisi. Difficult to sleep.

Staff was very friendly and the room was more than adequate

The staff were nice and helpful. Disappointed that there was no kettle in the room.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. There were places nearby.

Okay for cleanliness, nice reception area but very tired and dated room, our window was broken and wouldn't close properly, if we were there for more than one night we would have complained and asked for a room change

All 3 staff that I saw at the front desk were friendly and professional. My room was spotless and mostly comfortable. I do suggest that they change the shower curtains from black to a light color which will allow light INTO the shower! And the curtain was about 20cm too long, which created a tripping hazard! Unfortunately the drink vending machines did not accept cards at all. I had to cross the street to a vending machine shop for a drink. But overall, the hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable.

This hotel is well positioned near subway and S7 train, several main attractions are within walking distance. Room was not sparkling but after complaining staff cleaned bathroom. I have to mention bed was comfortable. Overall this is 3 stars hotel.

air conditioning would be a nice addition

It was clean, but so hot. No air con, just a fan. When we opened the window to cool down it was extremely noisy. Asked for an extra pillow- (as only provided with one each), were told that they had no extra.

Quintessentially European in scale, the room may be modest in size but delivers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient experience.

No air conditioning in the rooms, and in the summer in Vienna this is a major drawback. The rooms are hot and the windows do not help. Recommend booking a hotel with air conditioning. The breakfast was nice but expensive. Showers are very peculiar, hard to avoid getting lots of water on the floor. Beds were uncomfortable and were not even flat (we referred to one bed as the "taco bed").

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this hotel was extremely poor. The room was unbearably hot, and although a fan was provided, it was in terrible condition and made loud noises throughout the night. We asked for a replacement but were told no other fans were available. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. No tissues were provided, the same bedding was used every day without change, and the room was full of dust due to the lack of vacuuming. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly—both the tub and toilet were dirty throughout our stay. Although an iron was provided upon request, we were told there was no ironing stand available. I had to use a bedsheet on the floor to do the ironing, which was very inconvenient. We had booked a double room for a couple, but they simply pushed two single beds together, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Only one pillow was provided as well. Despite raising our concerns with the staff, no efforts were made to address any of these issues. This was our first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No AC ! i cannot slep the entire night. Kind of use to have AC as a standard in the hotels and not even checked if this one has. For the price it is reasonable quality, location is great as conectiln to the airport. But sleep is important and I will avoid it future.

Generally good value for the price, but there are some corners cut. Top floors can get pretty hot and ac was just a portable unit. Continental breakfast is quite nice, but the staff use a really strong cleaning agwnt in the dining area and the smell is overwhelming especially when trying to eat.

Easy parking and walkable in the city.

My visit to Vienna was for a few days the hotel was ok , very clean, quiet and close to a train station, very convenient
