Clean, spacious room in a quiet area. Walkable to the tram, restaurants/shops and Ambras Castle. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good.

A bit off the beaten path, until you see that public transportation is within an easy walk. Very nice accommodation for the price. We were only in Innsbruck for about 24 hours, and could easily have stayed a week.

Lovely location. Close to the tram that takes you into the city centre but in a lovely mountain view location that felt like being in the country.
Breakfast was lovely & fresh. Staff all very friendly & cleanliness standards high.

Not the worst hotel ever, but a lot of sucky/weird things.
Shower drain was clogged and the stupid shower doors don’t close so it flooded the entire bathroom with a less than 10 min shower.
No heater in the room.
Window was left open.
Trash in the trash can.
Only one small comforter and one pillow on the bed.
Lobby/reception was surprisingly nice, but the room felt like a motel.
Good location, but also right next to a farm so you’re greeted with animal smells as soon as you exit the property.

Very good views from the window. To get to old town or train station is a tram ride away. It takes about 20-30mins. Also be aware that there’s a church bell that rings sometimes.

Very grateful to the staff for being flexible with our booking, which we had to change due to bad weather. Very nice small and friendly hotel. Clean, modern room. A bit noisy in the night, but that was one rude guest, not the hotel's fault. Room a bit warm in the night, but all in all we were very happy. Lots of choice for dinner nearby and an easy walk (or bus) to the centre.

This was a find. A super small hotel, on the edge of the city, with parking & a bus/tram running frequently into the city. Nearby are a few chain restaurants in a shopping mall & a great burger bar (Coffee Bar). The area around the hotel still feels as if you are in a small, quiet town with some farms dotted around.
The hotel itself was super...small & friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a good ambiance, a sofa, coffee table, mini bar, a good sized bathroom & shower & a separate toilet.
The staff were super friendly & helpful. The breakfast was great, the usual continental but very good quality & selection. We were only there overnight & I wished we could have stayed longer.

Away from the hustle & bustle, this hotel is in a perfect location with its gorgeous views of the nearby mountains. The hotel is bright & clean; we appreciated the elevator too! Breakfast is excellent, and we found 2 very nice restaurants nearby for wonderful suppers of typical Austrian fare. From the hotel, it is easy to access the countryside for day trips of exploring, or the sites of Innsbruck.
We really enjoyed our 3 days there.
