Clean hotel. Strategic location near the Mariahilfer. Just walk to the shopping center. Not difficult to find a place to eat. All can be reached on foot. Suitable for families on vacation. The hotel that could be the best choice for all. Next, if we visit Vienna again, this hotel will be the first choice. Thank you very much for all the services you provide to our family.

Hotel was very nice. Super clean and comfy. Right across from the theatre. Only thing that was not good was that we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner.

Very kind and helpful desk staff. The hotel is directly across the street from the historic Raimund Theater, and it is ideal if seeing a performance there. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of the Vienna West train station and access to metro lines. The hotel breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel also arranges for transportation from the airport (for which one needs to pay), something that makes it easy when arriving in Vienna with luggage after a long flight.

My stay is good, the room is comfortable. The bathtub shower is far too high to get into for a 5 foot 2 lady. Will not be ideal for elderly occupants. Bathroom wall areas especially in the shower area needs demoulding or has to be redecorated. The room price per night is far too high compared to many 4 stars hotels I have stayed in Europe.

Really lovely staff and a very convenient location. Very responsive to my requests when needed. The bed was comfortable but the room itself seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC. That asides it was a very lovely stay and the staff once again were wonderful.

Hotel has a nice location and it's very cozy. There is a low shelf above the sink in the bathroom, which makes really hard to wash your face without wetting the floor. Apparently there is a leak in the bathtub or in the bathtub glass door. We slept on a twin bed (not double as expected) with two separated blankets.

There was building works throughout our stay including exposed wires right outside our room. We moved room as on the first night we were woken up at 7am from a crane outside our window, but the second room overlooked the renovation in the yard so we were woken early again the next day. It’s just not finished yet. You can see it’ll be nice in a few months but it is a building site at the moment. ( our water was turned off and we were told to use a toilet at another hotel- so we couldn’t even use the hotel to relax at ). Just don’t offer rooms until it’s finished. Oh and the aircon apparently doesn’t work until summer but the hearing was turned up high.
