Room was clean and hotel is well maintained. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Location is central to their public transportation and close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

Fabulous hotel in the city centre. Would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was ok, but a bit pricey and they had run out of breakfast tea on second morning which was a bit annoying, but plently of other teas and coffees available. The only cups available for tea and coffee were small expresso type cups. This would not put me off the hotel though, just wouldn't have breakfast there next time.

The room is nice, really close to the center and quiet at night. The only thing that was really disturbing is that we were back at the hotel to rest at 2pm, and suddenly someone was drilling above our heads for more than half an hour. When I talked with the receptionist, she apologized for the inconvenience and said it is maintenance but there was nothing she could do until it is done, so napping was not an option…

Great location, close to Stephansplatz and also the metro station. Comfortable, but rooms / beds not huge, even the Privilege double room. Breakfast had a fairly good range of choices. Staff largely helpful.

7 night stay visiting family in Vienna. Hotel was clean, all staff were courteous, attentive, and most helpful. Would highly recommend the Mercure. Only minor point-the bathroom was a bit small.
