The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 3 p.m., and everything looked quite worn and dirty. The floorboards creaked constantly, which was very annoying. The breakfast was good overall, except for the coffee—I’ve honestly never had such terrible coffee. It was also uncomfortably cold in the breakfast area.

Electric kettle was to dirty to use. Curtain was not hung just dangling. Walls need to bed wiped down. Bathroom was cleaned well. Checking in and out was odd as no reception desk.

Check-in was a bit bad as noone was at the reception and we had to try a bunch of phone numbers out in the rain for like 20min just to get in, the room was kind of clean, furniture was very old.
Restaurant was ok when opened.
Breakfast was non existent.
Plenty of parking.
Small old play ground at the back.

The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so.

We did not get the room we booked, whatever that may have been. We were " upgraded" to 2 separate rooms and had to decide how to divide up our party. The heater in the kitchen room did not work, so they were cold. The location, I thought was on the highway, was about 12 km away deep into the mountains. The location seemed isolated. I supposedly was emailed the instructions of entry, which I did not receive, and had to call the host twice. Once to get into the building, and another because the second room they gave us was already occupied! All twin beds, not very comfortable. Not a great start to our vacation.

I was booked this property for a night stay along with my family and in my booking breakfast was included. But unfortunately when we checkout at 07:30 in the morning nobody was on the reception or there is no provision for breakfast, where they informed me that breakfast opening time is 07:00. Even there front main entrance gate was locked, So I used back gate for exit building and leave the door card at reception. Even I came back to hotel at 10:00 but the situation is same (Main Gate Locked).
I don’t know how they serve to there constumer. I am strongly advice people for not booked this hotel.
