Great apartment, we stayed here for 6 nights and loved it. Best value in town. That said, I spent most of my time at the university, which was only 10 minutes away by tram D. If you wanted to be closer to the centre of town it might be a bit difficult. But we will definitely stay here again!

Property is older and everything in it is old, but Roland Kaiser greeted us and kept great communication before and during our stay. Location isn't great but we don't mind walking 5+ miles per day. Safe location near eateries and somewhat close to metro. We would stay here again.

We were a group of 3 travelers meeting in Vienna: one arriving at 8 am and Roland the host was good enough to let her in early to the apartment. We booked 2 apartments next to each other which was perfect: the apartments were bright and well furnished. Roland also provided tourist information and fixed a few minor problems with no hassles. So close to tram and train into the city centre, but also easy walking distance makes these apartments perfect for a short stay.

The apartment was really nice in terms of furniture and cleanliness. The location was ok, a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The heating, like elsewhere in Austria, is centralized. If you are coming from tropical countries, like my wife and myself, be aware of this as it gets cold at night.

Hotel is in good location, very close from tram and metro stop. Parking is just outside of door. But hotel is too damp, bed and pillow felt like soaked, probably because the room did not get enough sunlight. Cooking facilities and fridge is in good condition.

The location is good，It is just 5 mins walk from the metro station， and it takes less than 5 stations to reach the center of the city。 there are supermarket nearby so you could get reasonable price water and food if you plan for economic trip， pay attention for the final cleaning charge cos i didn't notice it when i booked the room，The only problem i have here was that they don't have the socket adaptor，please make sure you bring the right adaptor。the street is very dark at night so you better prepare a torch with you if you are aware of the security issue。overall good location and good price！recommand！

Excellent location for getting into the central city easily, close to tram and subway lines in Alsergrund area of Vienna. Not really a hotel - more of a studio apartment. Room is spartan but adequate for a stay - comfortable bed and nice closet space, lovely windows, but nothing frivolous or luxurious. Shower stall can be a tight squeeze and there is no toilet paper holder. Sink, bar-size fridge and coffee pot are the main features of kitchenette, bare minimum of dishes to work with. Don't plan on cooking as it would be a challenge in the space, but breakfast is manageable. Neighborhood is mainly residential, with decent shops, groceries and cafes nearby. Plan on taking out your own trash and cleaning up after yourself - no daily maid service is offered and there is an extra charge for cleaning the room on your departure.

The appartments were in walking distance of the cetral city area and very quiet. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and there was tea and coffee available in the appartment as well as it having kitchen facilities- a real plus. The only problem was that we were without power for a while one evening when the lights fused but it was attended to as soons as possilbe.

Felt pressured by owner to arrive at a set time. Apartment smaller than photos seemed to indicate. There was no sofa with cushions and no room for one. Casual sitting confined to dining chair or bed. Bathroom small with loose toilet seat but shower clean and efficient. Cooking facilities sufficient and refrigerator clean. Bed comfortable, TV modern with 40 channels and overall cleanliness good.

Lovely modern and spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet (but safe) neighbourhood. It was easy to get to the central tourist area of Vienna - just a short ride on the tram and the tram stop was located very near to the apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments given their good value!

Very nice clean room with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday. The location is excellent, in the quiet 9th District of Vienna. The line 4 metro is only a 3 to 5 minute walk giving easy access to the city center. There is a supermarket open late (by Austrian standards) just across the street. Recommended!

Good location in a nice neighborhood. Very easy access to metro and the tram. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Grocery story close by which is great as it is an apartment. The manager was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!
