Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.

Lovely hotel with really tranquil outdoor spaces. Not sure about a bath in the bedroom but the shower was good and a very comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries too! Just far enough from the centre to be quieter. Really enjoyed our stay and would return

Really nice place. Beautiful room with fantastic decor and lots of space (bath on mezzanine floor!). Loved the balcony and the communal outdoor areas (garden and terrace). Very good location in the centre. Welcome drink, suggestions of where to eat and drink in the rooms, chocolates on departure.

This hotel is exceptional. Everything about it is designed to make (and keep) you happy. And it works! From the friendly welcome, easy directions to parking, beautiful decor, free drinks in reception, large room with balcony, fridge and Dyson fan, chilled garden, honesty bar and roof terrace, gym, free welcome card offering free bus and cycle hire...... even the stairs were enjoyable to walk down and the cleaners happy to encounter you! Location exceptional also, in beautiful Innsbruck. An amazing stay - will definitely choose Nala again!

I've read reviews here and on other platforms and the word "quirky" comes up a lot, and I agree. We rented two rooms for our family of six. We were given two cottages and loved them. It was a unique experience staying here. I especially loved my cubby-like bed, and the bedding was extra comfy. The cottages are hidden in foliage, giving them an extra cozier feeling. We slept quite well since the property was quiet the entire night. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the historical places, shopping, and dining locations within 15 minutes or less. I was only sad we couldn't stay longer because it became one of my favorite hotels.
