We stayed at this hotel 2 nights to go to the Austrian Grand Prix F1 race. When we checked in, the staff was somewhat friendly, but seemed annoyed. When we got to our room, it was as if the cleaning staff had left in a rush. The decorative pillows were spread out in the room and it looked as though the room hadn't been fully reset from the previous guest. It was HOT (late June), there was an odd smell, and the mini fridge was emitting additional heat. Our room was on the second floor, which was level with the top of the parking garage. People could walk from the garage right into our open window if they wanted. There were some strange noises coming from outside, but we were so hot and really wanted our window open. The front desk ran out of fans on top of that. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. We did have some people in our group who had rooms with air conditioning and enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen die Zimmer könnten mehr Liebe brauchen z.B. ein Bild an der wäre ganz schön gewesen und die eine Bettseite war schon sehr durchgelesen und der Spa bereich war jetzt auch nicht so besonders. Aber was super war ist die Parkplätze waren sehr viele vorhanden und vom Preis okay und das Flieger Restaurant war ein Highlight.

The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!

Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there. Really disappointing that the airplane restaurant was closed the two days we were there as thats why we booked this hotel. Parking is very expensive and should be included with the room rate as this is not a busy part of town. Not much to walk to other than the grocery store.

Enjoyed the spa and pool areas, room was a bit sad, needs updating. Particularly didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning (hot in July) and my room was next to a noisy ventilation unit. Quite far out of town, needed to catch a bus (last one @ 20:00).

Although there was a problem with our booking on arrival, this wasn't the hotel's fault and the staff were extremely helpful. This is a modern hotel with an extensive spa area, a bus ride away from Graz city centre - as a result it wasn't so expensive and offered good value for money. Room was comfortable and clean, though entrance to the shower was narrow and would have caused problems to a larger or less mobile guest. Food was very good, though the menu was a bit limited - breakfast was more than adequate and offered good value. The hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride from the tourist attractions, but there's a 10 minute interval service, very inexpensive on a 24-hour or tourist ticket basis. The pool and spa pool were clean and pleasant (pool a bit chilly one night!) but be aware that it's used for aerobic classes early morning and evening - guests welcome but means lengths etc not possible. The spa area has a lot of facilities, but you need to be aware that clothing isn't allowed in there! Overall this hotel offered very good value for money.
