Novotel Suites Wien City Donau

Rooms are large and well-equipped. Close to underground station. Quiet area (although not much to do in the immediate vicinity).

Hotel Novotel Suites Wien City Donau was a good jumping-off point for my wife’s and my Vienna stay. We especially appreciated its proximity to transit and to the Danube’s running paths.

Hotel itself good - rooms huge although not a fan of the caravan style bathrooms! Area not the best but Ubahn 2 minutes away and in central Vienna in 5 mins.

I was there for seven days, and the bathroom and the separate toilet have not been cleaned once. Only towels were replaced. I made a cup of teas for two evenings and tea bags and sugar bags have not been refilled. Not a service of a four stars hotel

Very nice property. Courteous staff. Big and comfortable suites. Very close to the U-Bahn station - only few stops to downtown Vienna. And a very nice breakfast verity.

Very nice convenient and clean

Very comfortable and conveniently located. I had a small problem with the room at the beginning of stay and the staff were extremely polite and fast-moving to sort it out. I highly recommend Novotel Suites Wien City.

The property and room were adequate for our purposes but certainly not of 4 star quality. The main room was adequately clean but the toilet stall never seemed that fresh.

We stay at this property every year. Usually in April and October. It is walkable distance to my son’s home. We enjoy the quality of the room and the reasonable prices.

Albergo bello e pulito, camera ampia, spaziosa e con ogni comfort, colazione abbondante e varia ma con pochi dolci e poca frutta fresca, gli spazi per la colazione non sono molto ampi ed a volte bisognava aspettare per trovare un tavolo libero. Un paio di giorni prima della partenza avevo prenotato il tranfer dall'aeroporto, l'hotel me lo aveva confermato ma poi non ho trovato nessuno, c'è stato un equivoco, non ho ben capito. Buona la posizione: vicino alla metro, in 3 fermati si era al centro, e vicino al Prater.
