Hotel was great. Spacious room, extremely clean. Location is good, a pleasant 15-20 minute walk along a lovely riverside park, to the old town. Lots of parking, and the staff on reception were friendly and gave an excellent service

Clean room. Double bed had two single blankets, was confused with that as I booked a double room for a reason - to be able to roll from one end of bed to another in 1 double blanket as well. Friendly and helpful staff. TV wasnt working, No telephone in phone which meant I had to go downstairs to let them know.

We LOVE Innsbruck ❤️ This hotel was not located in the center of town but it was a short and beautiful walk away:) We loved the convenience of parking our car, which can sometimes not to easy. Our room was very nice and comfortable:)
