We enjoyed the lovely modern room with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Our dinner at the brasserie was delicious! The location is excellent.

So many little touches that set this hotel apart. Staff were lovely, room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Finally, the location was fantastic.

Wonderful hotel. Room size was decent for Europe. Amenities all good. Complimentary beverages including beer & wine. Cannot beat the location, very central. Our room was quiet. No sound from other rooms or outside.

This was a wonderful surprise! Service was excellent, rooms so spacious, and the best location! Would highly recommend!

Good location ,poor view

The location and overall accommodation were good. However, the condition of the shower was unacceptable—it had built-up mold and was clearly neglected. Despite reporting the issue to management, allegedly it was cleaned, but the mold was not removed and no further action was taken, nor was any alternative accommodation offered. At checkout, the front desk staff deflected responsibility to housekeeping, without offering an apology or any form of compensation for such a disappointing and unhygienic experience.

The Guesthouse Vienna was one of the best hotels I have ever had the privilege at which to stay. Here are the reasons: 1) The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful 2) The bed was amazingly comfortable with high quality sheets. 3) The shower had excellent temperature and water pressure. 4) The minibar was stocked with sodas, wine, beer, juices on a daily basis, which was refreshing given the hot weather. 5) this was the only hotel in Europe where they pre-cooled the room before our arrival 6) the restaurant had excellent breakfast food and coffee 7) the desserts were delicious and could be brought up to our rooms easily. 8) the location was perfect, steps away from the Albertina museum, Cafe Mozart, and the Wien Staatsoper. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Vienna.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance to many attractions.

Excellent central location. Easy walking distance to main sites. Very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

From the first moment we stepped on the property, we had a great feeling. Our room wasn’t quite ready for us yet, as we were there around 9:30 a.m., so we went to eat breakfast at their patisserie. While we were eating our delicious breakfast they informed us our room was ready and our bags had been taken to the room. What an amazing room! We were on the 5th floor and had a view of The Albertina with a lovely window seat. It was heaven! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and so kind. The hotel is walkable convenient to several museums (Albertina, Hofburg, Spanish Riding School, Imperial Crypt) and to many cafes and restaurants and shopping. They are also close to transportation: subways and trams. We took the train from Salzburg to Vienna, so we hopped on the underground from the train station which brought us about 13 minutes from the hotel. We stayed 3 amazing nights. My only comment would be the confusion about our ride to the airport. We scheduled one when we checked in and when we checked the night before we were to depart, they didn’t have a record of it. So we scheduled it again. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except we needed to leave for the airport at 4:30 a.m. since our flight was at 7:30 and it is a half hour drive to the airport. It was taken care of and we had a lovely ride to the airport. If we ever visit Vienna again, we will definitely make this our home away from home.

Property felt a bit crowded after our other accomodations, but the location was absolutely perfect with the Albertina right across the street. Highly recommend this hotel for a Vienna stay of about 2-4 nights.
