Lovely location by a stream with ducks and a nice garden, very friendly hosts and good breakfast! Not too many dining options in walking distance and a bit far from Tongeren.

We experienced very friendly service from the start with a walk through of the room and eating area, afterwards my son enjoyed going outside in the play area to interact with the geese and ducks. Breakfast was superb we expressed our intention to go to the antique flea market and they were ready for our early morning breakfast and showed us the best spot, a large parking area to accommodate our van. Two rooms had bunk beds with a lot of animals and games for the kids to explore. Our host was very energetic and warm, looking forward to coming to this B&B for the summer months.

Our room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and listening to the babbling river all night was very peaceful. Our dogs had plenty of room and we enjoyed the large garden to walk them. We were greeted by the sweetest Italian lady and they made effort to have breakfast ready earlier than normal for us!

We stayed for six nights and our hosts (Marc and Domenica) couldn't have made us more welcome - greeting us with coffee on arrival, as well as getting up to serve us breakfast when we had exceptionally early starts on a couple of mornings. The house is 17th century in a lovely quiet village just outside Tongeren. There's plenty of rustic charm, although the facilities are excellent.

Memorable experience, most welcoming by host. Pity about the bathroom facilities as there was no headroom for a shower due to sloping ceiling, however most enjoyable stay.

We stayed here one overnight while visiting tongeren. The hotel room was very nice. Rustic style, and quite comfortable. Some of the smaller things could have been done just a tiny bit better (door know was loose in door, couch had a clumsily applied cover etc.) but overall, the quality of the room was quite good. The owner, Nicole, was super nice! We asked her where the nearest best place to buy Belgian beer was, and she didn't give us directions, she told us to hop in her car and she'd take us there. Very attentive! The courtyard was nice and we enjoyed a cold belgian beer there. The breakfast the next morning was also superb, and included breads, cheeses, eggs juices etc. All in all we will definitely stay there again when visiting Tongeren. Couldn't ask for a better experience from a custoemr service perspective.
