I asked last minute if they could change me from a double to a twin room, and they were able to make the change without an additional charge. I'm thankful for how accommodating they were on this. On the sustainability side, I like that they had soap and shampoo dispensers (with really nice shampoo) rather than those mini bottles, and actual glasses in the bathroom instead of single-use plastic cups. The glasses still had disposable lids on them, which are totally unnecessary, so they could still reduce the waste there. However, the cleaners did not adhere to what I thought was a universal hotel convention that if a towel is hung up then it doesn't need to be replaced. So the staff needs some training to reduce the waste from unnecessary laundry. Location was ideal for our weekend stay in Hasselt and overall the hotel was very nice. I would recommend it.

Parked in near by car park as hotel car park was fully booked .As I have been to Hasselt quite a number of times I knew that the car park was not far from hotel
