The breakfast is WONDERFUL! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our air conditioner and the staff moved us right away to another room. They even moved our luggage for us.

We stayed as a family with two kids, and sadly, our experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming—no greetings, no smiles, not even a simple “hello” or “good morning,” which was very unusual based on our extensive travel experiences. We’re still unsure why the attitude was so cold. The only staff who were warm and friendly were the cleaning team—they were genuinely kind and a bright spot during our stay. The hotel doesn’t offer anything for children, which made the stay even less enjoyable for our family. We ordered room service at one point, only to be told by reception to come down and collect the food ourselves, which was quite unexpected. Later, when we tried to dine at the restaurant, we were informed by the waiter that they couldn’t serve us due to a conference and being short-staffed—so again, no food available. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean. However, the bathroom is in serious need of renovation—the shower was old and rusty. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
