I had rang up earlier during the day to ask about the air con but after I checked in I was told the air con was not working! I couldn't sleep. I was told I could wait until it was midnight when it should be down to 18 degrees! Would not recommend

The AC wasn't working at all, the temperature was rising in the room, very unpleasant. The fridge wasn't working as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

L'Hôtel Louise est très bien situé à Bruxelles. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. Les installations sont un peu vieillottes et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies. Le déjeuner n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Il est très ordinaire et manque de fruits et de pain frais du jour. Le point positif, c'est que l'endroit est tout près de la station de tramway, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en ville.

The staff were rude, the night shift staff came to our room accusing us of making noise and having a party. Saying that another customer had accused us of making noise. This wasn’t true, I was in room with my partner just talking. Also I paid for €15 for late checkout, but the cleaners came straight into the room without knocking, very disappointing.

It was 32 C super hot and when I checked in they didn’t bother to tell me the AC was broken. They said it was going to take a few weeks to repair it. When I realized there was no AC I asked for a refund as it was unbearable to stay there. They said they couldn’t because I had book it e we ohh Expedia. Do I had to pay for another hotel. They never apologized even once.

Great location. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Neat and clean. MCheckin time @ 16H00 is too late in the afternoon particularly if the room is not ready.
