You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 300 per accommodation, per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 3.18 per room, per night
• Cleaning fee: EUR 250 per person, per week (varies based on length of stay)

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.
