Food was excellent (if something missing was the fired eggs during breakfast) Personnel very nice and responsive. Bed was ok but very clean.

Told them i was celebrating a special birthday and they said there would be something special when I arrived , told i could have two free drinks at the bar, went to the bar and they said I could only have one because the reception had not put how many on the paper, so had to go back to the reception so they could write two on it,but to my disappointment it was restricted, so when I asked for a cocktail I was told I couldn’t have it, I felt a bit uncomfortable by this considering I was told I could have two free drinks.

Very good family hotel . It's very close to city center and is walkable distance from all main touristic places in Brussels .We felt very safe and all the main attractions were easily accessible by walking .Highly recommend this hotel with family for wonderful vacation in Brussels .
