The lobby, surrounding sitting rooms, and our guest room were lovely. Our guest room was large and comfortable. Elevator access to the room worked well. No hauling luggage up the stairs. The hotel is very quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was nice and had wonderful baked goods, fresh fruit, hot and cold choices and a very good coffee machine. The hotel has easy access to the historic town center and around the canals. The people at the front desk were thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed two nights at the hotel.

Lovely family run hotel, walking distance to the center of town. Morgan was very helpful and made great dining recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this quaint and charming town of Bruges.

Very friendly staff/owners, the cozy room decor, the comfortable bed, the well-equipped bathroom, the lovely breakfast. A short walk to the main square, yet lovely and quiet. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

I stayed 3 nights, November 24. The staff were extremely obliging and went out of their way to leave keys and instructions for entry, due to my being too late for 8pm check in. The hotel is around 10 minutes stroll to the Belfry, and similar to other areas you would want to be.

Very nice place to stay. There is a short set of stairs from street level to the lobby, which can be tricky depending on your amount of luggage. But they have a lift to the guest floors from the lobby. Breakfast was available for a fee but we did not take advantage of it.

An excellent boutique hotel. Off the beaten path but close walk to center of Bruges, canals, restaurants and shops. Easy bus 1 route from train station or free centrum shuttle. The only complaint is shower door did not seal and the first day the bathroom flooded. There are no shelves in the shower to place soap or shampoo. Some USB ports and added hooks to hang clothes would be a welcome addition to make this room comfortable and ergonomic.
