Great location! Central to shops. Room & bed was huge. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room needed a few updates but generally very clean. The bed had 2 single type duvets instead of 1 big one which was fine, however I do think the covers need to be slightly bigger but that would be my only call out. Overall great stay and would stay here again

Lovely atmosphere and a good location. Very comfortable bed and brilliant breakfast. Staff very helpful and I liked the fact that cleaning the room didn't happen every day, but we got towels when we needed them etc. Very pleased with our stay.

DO NOT STAY! They claim to be a 4* but this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. Firstly I requested an iron on the first day and didn't get one until the day I checked out. I asked them multiple times for one. Then I messaged them n their chat and they wouldn't get back to me on the issue I had with the AC. and then finally they had windows cleaners being loud outside my room on a Sunday at 7am. I asked the staff about this one specially and they were so rude to me. I have since emailed the manager and he hasn't had the decency to reply. I urge you pay more a stay somewhere else

The room they gave me was full of stains, used razors inside the safe, and I was discussed. I asked to switch the room and the other one was a little better on dirtiness but smelled like cigarettes- someone smoked there. I was frustrated and disappointed. Just didn’t spent time in there just to sleep. 😞

Fantastic property in a prime location with dining, supermarket and coffee houses steps away. The hotel by itself has a beautiful bar and cafe. The rooms are large with super sized king bed which can easily accommodate 3 adults. 10 mins walk for tube and bus services with connectivity by tram if do not want to walk. All in all work every penny. Oh btw the staff were super kind and even enabled late checkout.

My kids always made farce about eating on holidays. This time they loved every meal that was served and wanted more. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel WiFi was excellent and that kept the children happy. They suggested we visit the same hotel again in the future.

The staff weren’t overly friendly - there were signs saying the bar was open 24/7 throughout the hotel but when I went to visit it at 11pm I was told it was closed. The bathroom and bedroom were quite dirty, but long term dirt like large stains on the carpet and worn out shower and toilet seat which left them discoloured. Needs a deep revamp and clean to be acceptable
