Great location that is very easy to get around and see the city sights. Staff friendly and nice. Prepared takeaway breakfast for morning I needed to head off early. Room was big and comfortable. Nice hot shower.

The room was very dirty, stained carpets, and very outdated. I actually tried to cancel my second night it was so bad.

Location is perfect. I was on the top floor and after entering my room there is a bathroom but then 15 stairs to get to my bed. Cute but not ideal if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Place is otherwise fine. My neighbors were smoking out their window and since I had my window open I had to smell their cigarette smoke. That part of my stay absolutely sucked but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was included and decent enough. I was told I couldn’t get anything later than a 11a check out.

The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. Offering maps and clear explanations of things. The location is very close to the center so great access to all things. Great for a short stay in a wonder city

Hotel is perfectly positioned in central Leuven. The hotel does not have a car park but offered discounted rate at local car park. The hotel has a small lift to all floors as the stairs can be steep with lots of luggage. The rooms, were basic but nicely presented. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, eggs, salmon, breads and luxury teas. The staff were excellent and polite. I had a 1 night stay for business.

The staff were friendly and nice. The hotel location is convenient for someone travelling by foot. Very walkable city from the hotel’s location. The building is cool on the outside. Very nicely restored. But it seems like most of the renovations funds were spent on the lobby and having an elevator. The rooms are rather dated. They also smell old, like the building is from 1800s. There mold is starting to grow on the bathroom caulking. It is a perfectly fine place to sleep and have a quick shower, especially if you are booking last minute (like I usually do).

Big noise from the street, bathroom require renovation and better cleaning, very dirty walls in the room

The property itself is mostly ok and decent for a 3 star hotel, however the huge issue is the lack of hot water, especially at night and in the mornings. I had to shower in what was at best luke warm water in the evenings and mornings. Not something you want when it was a cold 8° outside. Doubt I will ever stay there again

Nice central location on walking distance from Leuven train station and central square. Great breakfast to start your day. Room decor is old with dirty carpets

Ideal hotel close to all amenities bars clubs café’s restaurants. Excellent breakfast from breads crossiants toast yogurts hams cheese cereals. Great staff very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend as a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. Hotel always clean and tidy. The staff in the hotel are fantastic nothing was a problem to them. Highly recommend all the staff. Great eating and drinking restaurant and bars close. Super value for money. Thank you
