Very clean. Wonderful staff.

Loved everything about it-- location, comfortable beds, great pool and friendly wonderful staff. Make sure and have a few with the great bartender- Bol. I definitely would stay there again.

The property faces the ocean with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fortunately the location is away from the center of town and was quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in CC. I would stay here again and recommend. Just know if you plan to walk from the ferry - entrance and reception is on beach trail only. No road entrance. Not a problem at all, just information.

The staff on property from management to maintenance were wonderful. Beach and two private docks, also wonderful. View from Ocean view room( 2nd floor) was amazing. Views at very, very top was also pleasant (open area ) Room was clean and well sized traveling with child, but a full body mirror would have been nice to have in room and some art on walls maybe. Pool was beautiful and set back of property rather than upfront with foot/ cart traffic. Breakfast was delicious! Individual prices, felt it was priced just right! Night security also appreciated. Husband and I look forward to staying here again!

The staff was great. They were very helpful and the property is beautiful. If your looking to stay a short distance for the party zone this is the property for you. Close enough to be part of everything. But far enough away to enjoy the quiet and tranquility.

The place was a ghost town, no bar by the pool like advertised. Made us wear wristbands with nobody around and first words were no guests. Def not worth the money

For an island with mostly basic accommodations, this place is a step above the rest. Super clean, friendly staff, nice little pool and perfect location.

Two private docks, with access to snorkeling from the dock. Close to bars and the two late night clubs.

Superb location. Staff were so helpful. Room was excellent, huge bed with lovely linen. Large bathroom with nice towels and separate beach towels. We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them. I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, walk in closet and beautiful bathroom in a quiet location close to centre of town, managed by very friendly staff. The property's design was puzzling, however, very much "form over function", leaving us offput by the austere (icy, actually) lack of colour. Even minimalist styling can use a few pieces of art or pops of colour to add life. There is no private balcony for enjoying the lovely view and insufficient chairs for the shared balcony, creating some tension between neighbours. Drapes were difficult to open and close, making it difficult to enjoy the view when we thought our neighbours might not walk by our large windows, and then close them again for privacy. If having a view or natural light isn't important to you, rent a cheaper garden view room and enjoy the pretty private beach with private pier in front of the property.

We had the best 4 night stay. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and safe, beds very comfy. The dock and beach area were very inviting. There are several bars and restaurants close by but not so close that you could hear them. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the cook fantastic. The heart of Caye Caulker was a short walk. This hotel offered everything in a quiet area of town. Highly recommend.
