The worst experience

The painting on the walls is falling off, lots of hanging wires on the walls. I booked a double bed room but I got a room with two single beds.

This property not only is bear minimum, but falling down. From the door knobs to the light fixtures and the shower everything was falling down. The beds are like rocks with flimsy bed frames and overused pillows. There was a big hole on the ceiling. Felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. The expediría picture as a corner property is faked

Reasonably good accommodations for the price. Location is great. Important to note that the in room heating isn't available in non-winter months.

As tripadvisor reviews correctly state, the rudeness and unfriendliness and the unhelpful nature of the reception staff is the worst I have experienced. Never a smile, defensive attitudes, and even temper-like outbursts about simple tourism questions ruined the impression completely of the otherwise adequate but certainly not great hotel. Had a private bathroom but wasn’t great.

Terrible place. First they gave me the 'wrong room' and came and kicked me out at 1130pm and made me move instead of just giving the other guest my room. They say they give heading but the place was freezing. The space heaters in the room do not work. It was a full house and they ran out of plates cups and hot water at breakfast and did not replenish. There are only 4 showers for all guests who share. The toilets are in the same stalls as showers so cannot use bathroom if someone is showering. Poor set up. Water in sinks ice cold. Lots better options in town. Skip this place

Reception staff were unhelpful and lazy. Beautiful building, private room was ok. shower was hot but no soap or bath mat. Good location.

Enjoyed a private room in the second courtyard which was fairly comfortable & quiet. They clean the floors daily with turpentine which makes leaving the window open quite unpleasant. If you stay in the main hostel rooms, you're packed in like sardines...but it's cheap and well-located.

Hostal was helpful and accomodating with any concerns or information air needed. Washroom on main floor was not working and no soap is provided in the washroom.

Overall, I wasn't impressed with Potosi. And for a hostel, it's an okay place to stay if it's like a one or two night thing.

We paid way too much for a single room with NO towels, NO toilet paper, a wall CAKED in mold, NO toilet seat, and smelled of dried dead fish. The owner accused me of being a liar when I told him I didn't receive the confirmation for the tour booking through the hotel. He then argued with me about who owned Hotels.com. It was a miserable experience.

very old hotel 1792, 4 light sockets in room and 1 bulb, when asked for 2 bulbs for bedside reading, apparently not available. breakfast was 2 stale bread rolls small square of jam and butter, and passable coffee. laundry service was quick and cheap $7 for 4.5kg, and yes they weigh the bag of clothes with a small mechanical fish scale. there is a truly great restaurant next corner down and left half a block. the location is great and atmosphere colonial, heating supplied 730pm to 730am with column heater. The staff are friendly and helpful, but strict in rules, similar to Singapore experience. I am glad though that we had a room with bathroom off the main square, as twin room at back without was pokey and dismal, and there were dormitories as well.

A equipe foi gente o único problema foi que quando chegamos eles queria cobrar a hospedagem falando que não estava marcando como pago, fora isso, nada a reclamar

街の中心にあり、見所が徒歩圏内でした。朝食は少し物足りなさがあり、パンにはジャムかマーガリンなどがあれば良かったと思います。シャワーがすぐにお湯が出て助かりました。暖房は冬のみつくみたいでしたが、11月でも朝晩は寒いので、つけてほしかったです。

Um lugar incrível com pessoas ótimas! Muito limpo, acolhedor e sem bagunça, ótimo para descansar!
