Decent place to stay that had easy access to Copacabana beaches and day tours throughout the city. Not the most comfortable, but it was fine. You were paying more for the location than the amenities - it's not a hotel you stay at all day, but it's perfectly fine and safe as a home base to go into Rio

extremely dirty room, ripped sheets on the bed, bugs and towels that are so thin that they have holes in them. Please do yourselves a favor and never stay there.

The hotel rooms are so dirty the walls and sheets are all cover with dirt and stains The washrooms has mold all around the shower and the toilet seat was so old and stained with yellow color The contains was not even washed and clean Dust on the desk and cupboard In general the his hotel has cleaning issues and not sure u fee what terms they got 4 stars

Fue sorpresa encontrar que muchos reviews anteriores son un tanto injustos por que han hecho un esfuerzo por remodelar y limpiar. Sin embargo todavía les falta un poco de detalle. El restaurante con su desayuno deja mucho que desear. Todos los días es lo mismo. Huevos revueltos con salchicha. Además qué la actitud de los meseros no es de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones las limpian a diario, pero las toallas ya son viejas. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas ya que la consola de aire acondicionado no ajusta bien a la pared y queda un agujero vacío donde se cuela todo el ruido. La piscina si bien es pequeña, es justo para pasar un rato si se necesita liberar estrés de haber hecho turismo, queda bien antes de ir a dormir. Sugerencia: Quedaría mejor tuvieran jacuzzi. Los ascensores dan miedo. En un par de ocasiones se aparco mal dejando una grada entre el nivel y el ascensor. Pareciera por los ruidos que hace que el cable se resbala.

Een mooi hotel. Wel hier en daar wat verouderd. Vlak bij het strand en mall. Personeel beleefd en behulpzaam. Spreken Engels.

Worst facility and unreasonable service. The air conditioner in our room did not work property and it was very hot and humid inside. We asked the reception to change the room, but they declined due to the availability issue. They asked us to come back next morning. As a result we didn't sleep at all on that night. Next morning the reception declined our request again, saying they needed more time to clean up rooms. As a result we ended up waiting until 14:00 without sleeping. In the new room we couldn't sleep much due to the noise by neighbor guests. It was 02:30AM. We called the reception and asked them to communicate the problem to the guest, they agreed to call the guest. but phone never rang and the noise didn't stop until 04:00AM. The worst hotel experience ever. Can't believe this is 4 starred hotel.
