Azeda Boutique Hotel

We had a good stay at this hotel. Conveniently located, nice staff and breakfast.

Nice location and great hotel. Pool left more to be desired but that’s to expect for the price

Property is old, hydraulic system compromised, toilet flushing in my room was not working. Oh and they are not a boutique hotel.

The location is very good. Near Jao Fernandez beach and downtown, a few minutes walking. The hotel has parking, this is valuable because the parking in buzios in measured. The breakfast very rich, fresh. The room is small, beautiful. The only negative was that at checkout there was a misunderstanding with the pool towels

Very nice Pousada, near Joao Fernandez beach and you can also reach the beaches of Azeda and Azedinha The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is correct, it could be more varied. It is a recommended hotel, and has good cleanliness

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was ideal for the beaches and the centre was a beautiful 15 minute walk away along the seafront. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Azeda Boutique is the perfect place to stay in Buzios. What a gem!

Stayed 6 days at the end of a busy tour of part of Brazil. Enjoyed the stay. Pool was usually quiet and good to have a gym. Breakfast very good. Service was usually good. Not much English spoken in Brazil but everyone tried to help. Close enough to walk to several beaches if you don't mind 5-10 minutes walking. Our room 17 - upstairs - with great views from the balcony and good evening sun.

The location and setup of this hotel is really nice. Unfortunately the service can't keep up with that. We had several issues and did ask several times to see the hotel manager. He decided not to show up in any of the four days we stayed and did send an unsigned letter to compensate for all the issues we had. That the internet is not working for almost 24h can happen but getting fooled by the staff and treated like idiots - sorry not paying for that. Also using credit cards without any authorization is not the way I would expect in a hotel (price) like this. On top we were struggling with aunts in our rooms over the full period of stay (can happen in this areas). As we had tons of them we did ask to spray some anti aunt spray or so - unfortunately they only got rid of them during their regular room cleaning - so 30min after they left the full family was back - we could not put anything in the bathroom or on the floor.

Die Lage ist klasse und das es einen Beachclub hat, wenn auch leider mit zu wenig Stühlen, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Man muss halt früh sein…

O quarto é confortável, porém o atendimento foi péssimo! Em um dos episódios, minha esposa pediu para trocar os cobertores e foi completamente ignorada! Ela solicitou a troca e quando se dirigiu ao quarto, viu que os mesmos ainda estavam lá. Quando foi abordar o recepcionista, o mesmo disse que ela estava mentindo. Além disso, a maioria dos funcionários não tratava com profissionalismo, parecendo que estavam em um ambiente informal.

muy buena ubicacion piezas limpias y personal agradable. como para mejorar: accesos son dificiles para llegar con maletas porque los buses no dejan arriba en el hotel. Cómo trasladar las maletas a las habitaciones es un tema complejo.

Lugar super aconchegante! Café da manhã maravilhoso! Perto da praia e perto rua das pedras !
