Spacious units, professional and friendly staff

Very old. Terrible!

Even it’s a hotel built long time ago keeps in good overall conditions. Clean, comfortable room, well located, good breakfast and parking inside (paid, but it’s fair).

I was not planning to leave a review, but for the sake of the following guest I believe I should, the outside property is really well maintained, lobby and reception really nice and cleaned, very nice putting together a convenience store-ish in the lobby, the pool deck is really nice and clean, but the room was was given, very spacious, nice little kitchen with a frigobar & microwave, well put together, bathroom is kinda spacious actually! Bedroom, the bedroom was a major turned off for me, the smell of mold coming out of the closet made my allergies really bad, even though I closed the doors the smell was very strong, on the nightstand there was a phone that didn’t work, no lampshade on the nightstand, so no convenience of turning light off when one go to sleep you have to get up and walk few steps to turn off, to me was not that big of deal I used my phone flashlight light to returned to the bed, but what if it was an elderly? Or a pregnant woman? I think it should be part of any room for safety and comfort, nice size tv on the bedroom, Breakfast was very nice puttered together lots of choices and everything seems to be very fresh, the people that worked there was extremely friendly! Restaurant, I order room service one night and the food was extremely good!!! 10/10 for food and service provided. Great location, quiet area, great staff…

Love this Hotel and the pool is amazing. Breakfast is incredible! This is the third time I stayed her and love the staff. They speak English and always open to helping you.

Proximity to Santo Andre.

Though this Blue Tree Towers is rated 3.5 stars, It's overrated. The suite has a decent floorplan, though modestly sized. However, the furniture was not only minimalistic, it was also worn down to the point of showing holes in the office chair. There was only a small loveseat and a single chair at the breakfast table. The bedroom was the only well kept room and the queen bed was nicely appointed and dressed. The kitchen faucet was dripping quite a bit. The shower temperature was just tepid, though the water at the sink was hot. The breakfast was OK, with few choices and in a rather dark room. Overall, there are better choices in town at this price level.

The best hotel in the area.

Very well centrally located. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was great but wouldn't recommend dinner. Staff are very stoic but nice. The hotel is great for a weekend trip but not long term. The rooms are old and generic. No smart TVs and small. Air conditioning sometimes work and when activated is very loud. The bathroom is somewhat clean except for the shower. The shower floor is always dirty with black stains. Bring shower sandals. Towels are old. The beds are comfortable. The sheets and pillows are fine. The bedroom however has insects that may be coming from behind the headboard. They are very small and I assume do not bite. I don't think they're bed bugs. You won't notice them unless you search. I really like that they have a laundry room which is hard to find in some hotels in São Paulo. If you want to stay here longer than a weekend, I recommend Airbnb instead.

Hotel is nice. The rooms are old and the walls are thin. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel was nice but not much to do other than being in the room. The breakfast and staff was amazing.

Great stay. Comfortable , clean and quite located in a very nice area in Santo André. Totally recommend!
