Foi nossa terceira vez no hotel, gostamos bastante do quarto, em especial da área externa com cadeiras e banheira de hidromassagem. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Quarto com iluminação indireta aconchegante, várias tomadas e bons travesseiros. Excelente chuveiro (ducha forte e com boa amplitude térmica), toalhas felpudas e limpeza impecável. Vale destacar o restaurante do hotel com um excelente café da manhã e um ótimo cardápio de refeições para almoço e jantar

Extremamente desapontado com o hotel que não permitiu alterar a data da reserva para Janeiro mesmo eu tendo apresentado justificativa de que o motivo era relacionado a saúde.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Great staff who were helpful, very comfortable and well-kept room, nice decor, and the breakfast was exceptional. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made everything accessible.

Show, baita hotel, muito organizado, limpo e bem localizado!

Já ficamos várias vezes neste hotel. Nesta estadia, tudo conforme esperado: boa recepção, clareza nas informações, rapidez. Tivemos que solicitar mudança de quarto devido ao cheiro de cigarro - fomos atendidos prontamente. Café da manhã farto. Boa localização. Serviço de estacionamento por R$ 39 a diária com serviço de vallet. O que não foi bom: travesseiros, precisam novos - e o custo de uma água mineral do frigobar - R$ 11,00 por garrafinha é demais. Ainda assim, continuamos recomendado como uma boa opção em BC. Se der fique nos apartamentos com 22m2 para ter um pouco mais de comforto.

Usaria o termo "Por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento". Péssima situação do quarto. Pontos de mofo em todo bom do colchão. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Exaustor do banheiro não funciona. Tampa do vaso, solta. Vaso sanitário sem funcionar corretamente. Ao dar descarga a água vem até a borda do vaso e não se esgota. Resumindo, jamais poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas, tão pouco cobrar por isso. Único ponto positivo (Em partes) foi café da manhã que, apesar do pão francês ser requentado, ainda tinha uma boa variedade de itens. Triste para um hotel que se diz de alto padrão, que se apresenta muito bem por fora, mas que não condiz a realidade por dentro.

I stayed only for one nice, and the room I was in was very dim and damp. The breakfast was very good though and the staff was nice.

I checked in for 3 days and the FD agent was rude. The room was dingy and asked for extra towels and never got them. I had to ask another agent to get them. Had a family emergency and had to leave the next day and asked the FD to check out early and cancel the 2 nights. The FD agent said that they will charge me for the remaining 2 nights. I work in the hotel business for 25 years and my partner is a lawyer so I know what they are doing is illegal. Called Hotels.com and spoke to an agent who was amazing!!! She reassured me that I will get a refund for my 2 nights. She tried calling the front desk and speak with the manager and got no answer. We checked out that morning and i asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent said he is in a meeting. But she was able to talk to him on the phone which means they are lying. I told the agent that hotels.com agent said I will be refunded and that I am only paying for one night and checking out! She was rude and the manager didn't want to talk to me. Please refund me my 2 nights and I must say that the agent for hotels.com was amazing. Since I work for Marriott International for 24 years I will definitely recommend this site. But please deal with this hotel management. They are terrible. Thank you!
