I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

Great hotel. Great price.

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

Amazing place amazing stuff very clean very nice stuff

Very comfortable and relaxed hotel with great landscaping everywhere and amazing staff always going the extra mile for the guest enjoyment.The hotel offers an amazing swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and bar services in a way you don't need to go out if you don't feel like. I didn't go for any business meeting or event but for a simple country side getaway with my family and everything was just great. Highly recommended place to stay in Limeira.

Sim quarto ok e equipe muito gentil, o pobto de oportunidade fica no banheiro que estava meio sujo, azuleijos com rejuntes escuros.

Meu quarto e banheiro estavam mofados e o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. Quero deixar aqui um muito obrigada aos FUNCIONÁRIOS, sempre muito educados e cordiais. 10 estrelas para eles.

Quarto sujo, cheio de cabelo pelo chão Toalhas manchadas e rasgadas Um verdadeiro hotel abandonado.

O atendimento foi bom, ma com a ressalva sobre a limpeza do apartamento. Nem deu pra fazer pq chegou ao cúmulo de não terem feito até as 16h. A gente desistia

O hotel deixou a desejar nos detalhes. Colchões horríveis (velho), o primeiro quarto que fomos alocado, pedimos para trocar porque os azulejos do banheiro todos encardidos, assim como as torneiras. Toalhas velhas, surradas ásperas de velhice e branco surrado. São detalhes que separam os grandes dos pequenos. Esse hotel já foi nível 5 estrelas, mas está velho, nota 3. Área de Lazer, piscina limpíssima, bem cuidada, área verde linda. Café da manhã continua no nível de um 4 estrelas bem servido. Não leve com maldade minha experiência e sim como feedback para melhoria contínua. Quero voltar mais vezes e espero ser melhor. Até porque é o melhor da cidade.
