After being bumped due to our flight being oversold, I needed to find a hotel nearby to VIX airport. Expedia listed this as 4 miles away and 8.6 out of 10 based on reviews. The hotel was actually 11 miles away and was a motel 6 in a very bad area. Panhandlers, drunks nearby under the overpass. The worst part was the noise at nighttime from the street. The room offered poor sound insulation. We only stayed for one night, then checked out. Expedia rating system let me down on this one.

I have asked for 1 double bed and got 2 twins bed together making one double. The towel was not changed looks to me that the cleaning ladies just fixed the bed every morning

Very frustrating ro find out there is no elevator on property. My room was on the 3rd floor. Going up by stairs with luggage and everytime you return was really tiring. The staff is alwYs very pleasant

The staff were all friendly and it is in a great location just a block from a wonderful beach. There was some sort of construction happening on the roof directly above our room so every morning, including on the weekend, we were woken up at 7:30 to the sounds of a power saw and heavy objects being dropped on our ceiling. Seeing as how the hotel did not feel at all full, they could have moved us to a different room without this inconvenience. The rooftop pool area was nice and the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was small and cramped and the shower temperature was all over the map. It was fine for a couple nights as a base to explore the area but not the most comfortable of hotels overall.

O atendimento do Natan e da proprietária foi maravilhosa. O quarto que me deram, o 215 estava em condições indesejadas para mim. Porém eles foram muito solícitos ao ponto de resolver a situação de forma excepcional. O café da manhã é MUITO BOM mesmo... eu amei...e está pertinho da praia, uns 3 min andando... aceitam pet, minha cachorrinha ficou a vontade ( levem os pratinhos de vocês), fico grata pela estadia. Ilha bela é muito linda e limpa, amamos.

O hotel é bom, confortável, cuidado c algumas ruas atras, tem usuarios de drogas, o atendimento é ótimo. Eu q dei azar me colocaram no térreo proximo a um anexo da cozinha, muita barulho de vasilhas e as faxineiras conversavam muuito cedo no corredor. No mais, mesmo assim Recomendo.

O hotel não dispõe de elevador, a localização é ótima mas próximo ao hotel há um 'córrego ' não sei se essa seria a definição correta, mas que exala um cheiro ruim. Na piscina não tem bar. O café da manhã ficou a desejar, por vezes tínhamos que solicitar a reposição e aguardar. Café frio, bolos ruins . A limpeza sempre perfeita, os atendentes da recepção sempre cordiais, solícitos. Não voltaríamos neste hotel.
