Che Lagarto Copacabana - Hostel

Absolutely not worth the money for a private room. No towels!! They don't give you a towel, you have to BUY one! Spent 5 days drying myself with a sheet! Lifted up the toilet seat and a pubic hair from the previous occupant greeted me. Bed not very comfortable, and needed the agility of spiderman to scale the awkwardly positioned ladder to get into it. Every morning on the climb down I felt like I was descending into the abyss! Room was as noisy as a dorm, in the landing and beside the bathroom, and breakfast was poor, flies on the fruit, no cover for it, and some insects crawling around the cups, milk ran out at 930 as well as the ham and cheese and that was it, no more put out, and they charge for this! Also, twice was told that breakfast wasn't included and twice had to show them my booking on hotels to show that it was. Housekeeping come daily but just to empty the toilet bin. Communal areas not great for meeting people and no activites or tours that I saw or was told about, so not much vibe. If you want a private room pay more for someplace else.

It was so dirty and smelled bad, different condition than in pictures. I was trying to cancel, but they refused. The worst experience in Brazil.

I had a tiny private room with an even tinier bathroom. Had I known how small and bare bones my accommodation would be I probably wouldn't have selected it for a 5 day stay. However, it was clean and within walking distance of the beach and other landmarks.

Rooms look like a prison, not like a hotel/hostel.

I asked the staff 5 times if my room would be shared, because the description wasn't clear. They never answered!! Stay away. They are not serious people.

They close the kitchen at 10pm which is way too early!!! Poor quality and lags in the internet connection at the ground floor!!!

Be aware this hostel is closing the kitchen at 10pm. I don't undestand tulejki is that to be honest as the kitchen area is at the ground floor where there is no dormitories. Also the internet at the ground floor is very poor and has lags. The staff is aware of this but they never do anything about it.

Limpeza de todo ambiente muito bom, com manutenção da limpeza sempre feita diariamente. Áreas útil disponível, cozinha, recepção, varanda externa, terraço, muito funcional. Atendimento muito bom na recepção. Recomendo

Equipe e quarto

Ótimo lugar. Atendimento muito top e humano.

Atendimento bom, clima agradável... Único problema foi eu ter pago pelo café da manhã e não terem disponibilizado.

Ótima localização, tem tudo perto, farmácias, restaurantes, mercados, feira, metrô. Café da manhã é bom, porém o local realmente é para quem vai aberto a abrir mão de certas comidades como por exemplo: tamanho de quarto privativo e banheiro. Limpeza até existe, mas não é 100%, não tem elevador e a escada é estreita, se tem alguma dificuldade com isso nem tente. Atendimento é bom. Indico para quem não tem frescuras

Terrível, quarto que parece uma prisão , não tem ventilação , quarto com morfo. Qualquer cheiro na cozinha entra todo no quarto. Cama no alto que não dá nem pra subir na escada. Escada super estreita. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PARA O MEU INIMIGO.

Janelas do quartos s/ vidros e os armários de ferro embaixo das camas amassados. Cozinha poderia ser liberada no início da manhã.. Barulho nas dobradiças das portas do banheiros

A galera do hostel muito legal, porem muito barulho pela manhã, e muito barulho no quarto por ser a parede de trás de um elevador, um dos dias acordei com alguem mexendo vom furadeira as 9:00 da manhã no quartinho de serviço ao lado, fora a falaçao no telefone quem algum funcionário ficava la

O lugar é bom de boa localização é ótimo custo benefício! Mas é importante melhorar atendimento principalmente das moças da limpeza que são mt mal educadas e grossas. O Luís é boa pessoa mas tá sempre mal informado sobre estadia pagamentos e é meio grosso. Alguns funcionários novos precisam se informar mais tb e ter mais simpatia.precisa melhorar tb na manutenção dos quartos. Da última vez o chuveiro tava queimado e faltava tomada nas camas. Além de armários quebrados. Pq no mais o ambiente e agradável. Sugiro free tour e atividades de entretenimento dentro do hostel como caipirinha free pra juntar a galera. Isso além de trazer mais turistas tb faz a gente se sentir seguro e fazer boas amizades.
