Banheiro estava sujo, com muito odor de urina há dias, pedi para resolverem, ninguém resolveu. tivemos que ir no mercado comprar água sanitária para fazer a limpeza. A empresa que administra o flat não te dão a mínima, Além de você alugar esse imóvel pela plataforma onde é cobrado o valor das diárias + taxas e impostos. A empresa que administra esse flat te cobra uma taxa de limpeza extra. Caso você não pague, eles não te autorizam para você fazer o check-in. Não tinha sabonete e nem shampoo, tivemos que comprar uma bucha para lavar a louça por que não tinha. Ou seja, falta tudo.
