amazing hostel the front desk lady was so helpful the room clean and new furniter near the catarata falls easy one block to the bus for airport and cataratas falls nice bar and patio!buffet breakfast perfect!!

When I first arrived before check-in, I left my luggage there. The staff member wasn´t particularly friendly-everything seemed to be an effort. There were no maps, so he drew me a map of where to find an ATM, which was about 10 min down the road. When I got back from the falls, I waited a little while at reception to get my key as one of the staff members was baking a cake! It was a great cake and she was extremely helpful! However, everyone tends to gather at the bar after 10pm including the staff, which leaves no one at the door or desk. For a design hotel, the bathrooms are badly designed in that there is no shelf! So you have to undress outside the shower - there is only a hook outside the shower! The lockers also have a shelf in the middle so aren´t big enough to fit larger luggage in. Otherwise, the hotel is close to the main road to catch the bus into town. I did not go out to a restaurant, but there didn´t look like there was much around.

I arrived and they had stuffed up my booking for a female dorm, 3 nights. After apologising they put me in a private room, then shared dorm, then a private room. It was a bit of a hassle packing and moving rooms each day, but this was made up for by having a private room for 2 nights - a luxuary for me on my budget! On top of this they gave me a free drink and a discount on my booking! Info about the falls was helpful and staff were friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and great. Hostel is new with a pool and bar, large kitchen too. Location is not in the middle of town but very close to the bus stop for both sides of the falls which was handy! Would definitely stay again.

For hostel was good; location was a bit scary!

We had a comfortable stay at Concept, huge dorm room with big empty centre meant that maximum 8 people were not crowded. Bathroom and toilet area offered little privacy. Very friendly and nice staff. Big kitchen, bar and pool area.

i had good time staying there. met lots of people . Staff was very helpful specially Jonny and they all spoke english that was a bonus. Overall i had a good experience staying there and would recommend to families and friends

This is a really beautiful hostel, everything is new and clean and there is everything you need in the dorm: comfortable bed, private locker, private light and power socket plus a beautiful and modern design in the room. Shower, toilet and sink is in the room, but all seperatly, so you usually don't need to wait too long if something is occupied. The hostel provides a nice soft white towel without extra cost (very nice if you are traveling for a long time with just a small microfibre-towel ;-)) and a great breakfast. Close to the bus station to the Waterfalls and within walking distance the city center! I highly recommend this place! One of the best hostels I stayed in the last year of traveling.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Helped with booking tours and dinner recommendations. Room was quite clean and very large, with nice furniture and a modern bathroom. Other guests were quiet and respectful and happy to talk over breakfast or at the bar in the evening.

Lonely hostel very modern and clean.

Clean, modern, helpful staff with good English. Urszula organized out iguasu Falls visit from Argentinian side with affordable and excellent company just the night before. She also answered all my emails re our arrival very promptly. We felt safe and secure and well taken care of.

This is a very simple hostel with no room service (they make the room once at 3days)dont give even a soap. Walls are paper thin and sometimes there is a party outside or sould i say inside? Aircondition was leaking water so we had to stop it just after half of our things get wet. Reception and staff very kind and helpfull. Very simple breakfast(can use the big refregerator) but very clean kichen. Cheap ok but dont expact confort

We were only staying there for 1 night only because we had to catch a flight early the next morning. . Best budget hostel ever...

Would absolutely recommend this hostel. Room was clean, modern, large and comfortable with great airconditioning. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but plentiful and all you needed. Location while out of Foz city Centre was perfect, as a short 2 min walk will take you to the main road, with buses going to the airport and falls, Argentina or into the city Centre running regularly. There is also a wonderful Chinese place just around the corner. Had a fantastic stay here, only wish I could have stayed longer......one of the best places I have stayed in South America!

Concept Design Hotel was a good base for our visit to Iguazu Falls. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The only slight downside was the the torrential rain during our stay with was really amplified when it landed on the roof of our room - a couple of noisy nights! But otherwise the staff were very helpful and friendly. Vey nice for a hostel.

While the staff in reception helpful and friendly, I came across the manager to be somewhat inflexible as we requested to change beds (from top to bottom). The bottom beds were available. The manager advised that we had to pay additional costs. After some discussions, we were more than happy to change each mattress/sheets from top to bottom.

Fiquei uma semana em Foz. O Concept Design é um ambiente agradável e familiar, com diversos perfis de pessoas. Minha única ressalva vai para o chuveiro, no qual tive problemas no primeiro dia. Houve a tentativa de conserto, mas só foi resolver 24h depois (nesse tempo, tivemos que usar o banheiro compartilhado)

Súper buena la atención

Um dos melhores Hostel que já nos hospedamos. Quarto privado excelente, piscina ótima, atendimento do William e de toda a equipe sensacional. Voltaremos sempre.

Hotel disponibilizou check-in online. Ia chegar tarde e estava preocupado com no-show, mas a ferramenta foi tranqulizadora. Na chegada fui super bem atendido por uma moça (lindaaaaa) que me explicou sobre o hostel e me deu dicas de lugares proximos para comer. Lugar eh super agradavel e surpreendente. Cafe da manha super bem servido e faz com que se sinta em casa
