Room included breakfast which is pretty good but not great. There is a decent size grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was safe during the day, Found one place to eat within walking distance, kind of an open air pub, it was ok. One coffee shop within distance which was good. I never did leave the hotel at night, but area seems fairly safe relatively speaking. Staff was very friendly and always had someone who could speak enough English. WiFi was available free and is a good Hi speed connection when available. 50% of the time it is rock solid and 50% of the time is touch and go. Has Both 220V and 110V outlets in the room. Easy to catch a taxi here, just go out front and wave at them when they go by. Overall it was ok, but I find a different place next time to Porto Alegre.

This hotel is right on the bus line which offer easy access to all the interesting places in the city. To get to the hotel from the airport, I recommend you take a taxi right outside the airport, but not contract on at the desk inside. This way you spend about 10 fewer reales (about $5 less). Therefore you can expect to pay between 21 and 31 reales to get there.

Quarto amplo, atendeu bem a minha curta estadia. Pontos fortes: Hotel fica num ponto de facil acesso com transporte publico, cama confortável e bom cafe da manhã. Como pontos de melhoria, achei o box muito pequeno e o ar condicionado do quarto era daqueles de parede, extremamente ruidoso.

Foi OK. O quarto bastante barulhento. A pesar de ter sido trocado o piso, dava a impressão de já ter alguns anos, principalmente nas aberturas que não eram a prova de som, o que deixava o quarto bastante barulhento. Café da manhã ok. Atendimento no check in excelente, o check out um pouco demorado. Garagem bem ubicada, a pesar de um pouco apertada, deu tudo certo

Ar condicionado de janela. Poderiam já ter instalado um equipamento split. Tomada para carregamento de celular bem acima da cabeceira da cama. Café da manhã poderia ter suco natural. Porém, a estrutura do hotel e a sua localização são muito boas. Limpeza muito boa também. Mesmo considerando estes poréns, recomendo a estadia!
