The breakfast was a very good spread. The first two rooms I was shown were not suitable for my daughter and myself. The third was clean and comfortable.

Room had no Wi-Fi and no hot water

The room where we are allocated has AC unit placed at wrong place and the air flow is not spreading across the room. Otherwise the hotel is very good for the price paid.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely visit this hotel again!

The location is excellent. The room is little dusty

Just an average hotel, nothing special. The personnel was friendly.

Room was good, breakfast was pretty good, service was good. But one thing that gave us a nightmare was the AC, it was old and noisy. We Couldn’t sleep because of it. We got sick because of the AC. It looks like there a lot of ácaros that gave us alergias. The hotel need to get new ACs for all family rooms.

Very large room, however bed and pillows were too soft for my preference.

This property is close to the Flamengo beach area, just a couple of roads to cross, it is in a small side lane, not too busy, has a few small businesses in this road. The hotel appeared to be mainly full of work people, some had work clothes on in the breakfast area. I did not see what I would call tourists. The main reception is quite small for a large hotel, there is nothing there really, except a toilet and a few chairs with PC`s. There is not a great understanding or speaking of english, try to use the room service speaking english, and they will get the reception staff to ring you, or come to your room to take the order, room service food is ok for the price, rooms have a mini bar fridge. No kettle of other facilities to make a drink. Like a coffee in the morning. The worst thing about the hotel, is the noise, constant banging of doors till the early hours, soundproofing is terrible, I had a band staying in the room next to me, and had to complain about the noise. This hotel maybe ok for some, but I would not book there again, the one good point is the breakfast, plenty of choice, and variety, both hot and cold.

The staff are so helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We couldn't speak portuguese but the always found us someone to speak english or spanish. The area around is relatively safe, but not soo comfortable to walk at night, as there are homeless people. Front desk werre always helpful in getting us taxis. Rooms were clean.

Very old hotel that needs a make-over. Very dated. Big room and good breakfast. Overpriced.

Nice area with restaurents close by.

I previously stayed at this hotel and it was super fine and that’s why I trusted the place and booked it again but this time the rooms were infested with BLACK MOLD. Mold in the curtains, all over the bathroom ceiling and inside the shower. The bedsheets weren’t even clean in the second room and you could literally see all the stains and body fluids. I had to change the room twice and the third room was okay but still with a little bit of mold between the shower tiles! Housekeeps also don’t clean good, left my room like they never swept and they don’t wear shoes while they clean the rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a trampoline. I got sick and had bad allergies after staying there and had to get treatment. The breakfast time was the only decent experience. I was very disappointed and shocked with the service offered. I stayed in roadside motels that had better cleanliness.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
