There is no front desk at this property. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are recommended to download the property's WhatsApp mobile app before check-in. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of BRL 50 (exact amount varies) at check-out.
