Estava tudo ótimo, a equipe foi muito acolhedora e nos ajudaram com tudo. O hotel é um pouco antigo mas sem problemas em relação a isso. A única coisa que decepcionou foi que o restaurante estava fechado devido à férias dos funcionários bem no nossa estadia, e eu estava interessado em conhecê-lo, pois ter um restaurante bom dentro do hotel foi um dos fatores ue me fez escolher essa pousada. Mas entendo que os funcionários precisam de férias e isso não chegou a estragar a nossa excelente estadia - Super recomendo esse lugar, e com certeza voltaria!

Os funcionários são incríveis! Atenciosos, educados, prestativos, nota mil!! A área externa do hotel é linda, o problema é da porta do quarto pra dentro, o quarto precisa urgentemente de uma modernização, colchão horrível e travesseiros ainda piores! Eu nunca havia tido o desprazer de dormir em uma cama Kong, gigante com UM ÚNICO travesseiro q mais parecia uma tripa. Todas as luzes estavam expostas, não existe uma luminária naquele hotel, a porta do meu quarto tinha uma janela de vidro e nenhuma parte de madeira para me dar qlq tipo de privacidade e impedir q a claridade do corredor ficasse na nossa cara a noite toda! Localização??? Horrível!! No mapa parece q o hotel está na praia, o funcionário da recepção falou q estávamos a 600m da praia, mas a distância é mtoooo maior, com vários morros e calçadas destruídas, péssimo! Não recomendo

We stayed at this hotel with our extended family, renting about 4 rooms this past weekend. The hotel is very ran down, the room is outdated and there are no amenities (shampoo or soap) just two basic towels (in one of the most expensive rooms in the property. BEAWARE that there is NOT a safe box in the rooms, so DO NOT LEAVE any valuables or credit cards. We had an incident that one of our credit cards left in the room that we didn’t use in months got fraud the only day we left the keys to clean the room. I can’t blame the staff but it’s a lot of coincidence. When talked to the owner about this issue he was very confrontational, disrespectful, arrogant, and a bit homophobic, threatening us to call the police for reporting our incident to him. He later apologized to other family members but not the people affected by his arrogant behavior. He clearly should not be on the hospitality business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It’s old and basic. Now, that said, the staff working there was excellent, very friendly and hardworking!

The welcome reception experience must be improve. The guy just don't know how to deal with clients. But, the Breakfasts was very good. We spend the day at the pool. The superior suite (luxo) is very old but comfortable. They can remove the wold luxo (luxury!!) in the description. The AC and the fridge was working good. You have a market on the other side of the street. They allow us to bring our own drinks at the pool! Juice, wate, beer. But we bought a couple of drinks too. Wifi is not working sometime. Overall it was a good experience considering a 3 stars hotel but very expensive at this time of the year (january).

O café da manhã foi muito agradável, com boa variedade, apesar de os ovos estarem frios. O hotel é bem decorado, o ambiente é bonito e a equipe é simpática. A localização também é prática, com um ponto de ônibus logo em frente ao hotel. Por outro lado, o restaurante e o bar estavam completamente fechados durante a nossa estadia. Ou seja, os pratos e coquetéis bonitos que aparecem nas fotos não estavam disponíveis. Na prática, o restaurante funciona apenas para o café da manhã. A piscina é relativamente limpa, mas muito pequena em comparação com o que parece nas fotos. Quanto ao quarto, tivemos alguns problemas. Assim que entramos, havia uma barata meio morta no meio do quarto. A cama é confortável e o chuveiro funciona bem, mas o banheiro tinha problemas: o vaso estava entupido na nossa chegada. Informamos a recepção, que disse que um técnico viria, mas ninguém apareceu. Também não nos trocaram de quarto, apenas nos deram mais tapetes de banho, o que não resolveu o problema.
