Not in city center but everything is walkable and several good shops and restaurants nearby. Like many hotels in Caldas Novas, the warm-water pools are delightful

I was supposed to have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but after less than an hour I started having problems. First problem was that the room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, you would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. I asked reception for shampoo and such likes and was told the hotel does not provide those. I had to go out in the rain and find a place to buy the bare minimum that the hotel should be providing. Next was the wi-fi. As I am travelling for work, I need reliable internet connectivity so that I can work while at the hotel. The speed was an unstable 1 Gbps for upload and around 0.1Gbps for download, which is hardly enough to run a basic internet search. The breakfast was a selection of processed foods, with the exception of some fresh fruit on offer. The breakfast area is a vast area akin to a hall. Servers only replace the items from the serving counters and neglect collecting plates etc from tables long after guests have left, and this brings in the flies. The hotel caters primarily to people who come in search of the area's thermal waters, so I guess they must not be fussy about anything else. After my I made a complaint to one of receptionists who basically shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do. In the end I left the hotel and didn't get a refund. Stay away if you can.

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ FRAQUÍSSIMO, JÁ NO 1°DIA NA SEXTA-FEIRA...COMEÇARAM A TIRAR O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ NÃO ERA NEM 9:50 DA MANHÃ E ISSO NUMA CIDADE TURÍSTICA QUE VOCÊ VAI PARA DESCANSAR E NÃO A TRABALHO!! APARTAMENTOS ELES LIMPAM DIA SIM DIA NÃO E A ÁREA COMUM NOS ANDARES NEM SEI QUANDO ELES LIMPAM E SE LIMPAM MAIS QUE UMA VEZ NA SEMANA PORQUÊ ESTAVA MUITO SUJO NUM PLENO SÁBADO ENTÃO IMAGINE MEIO DE SEMANA!! TEM QUE MELHORAR MUITO E OLHA QUE A DIÁRIA NÃO É NÍVEL HOTEL MEQUETREFE!!! QUASE 400,00 A DIÁRIA! JÁ DIZIA AQUELE VELHO DITADO...A 1° IMPRESSÃO É A QUE FICA!!! NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSE HOTEL E NÃO ACONSELHO!!

O atendimento foi muito bom, estava tudo limpo, contudo a cama não era confortável. Além disso o café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

O quarto é otimo. Hotel muito bom.

O hotel que é um flat muito espaçoso, tem sala,cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro, ar condicionado na sala e quarto, gostei muito, a minha diária deu direito a um parque muito bom em Caldas Novas,com transporte já incluido,os funcionários muito educados, a noite na frente do hotel eles colocam música ao vivo, localização muito boa, super recomendo.

No geral, não gostei do hotel. A internet é fraca, o vaso sanitário estava meio solto, as toalhas estavam manchadas. Os atendentes são educados.

O hotel em si é bom, porém o elevador é muito demorado e podem melhorar mais a limpeza, no espelho do banheiro tinha os respingos de creme dental, tava feio.

Pontos positivo: Excelentes acomodações. Tudo novo, muito organizado e limpo. Conseguimos fazer o check-in antecipado, o que nos ajudou muito. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Ponto negativo: sinal do wifi não chega nos quartos, almoço fornecido pelo restaurante deixou a desejar e café da manhã com poucas opções.

Muito bom o hotel só falta um playground pra criança de resto nada pra reclamar

Excelente localização, ambiente limpo, confortável, silencioso, piscinas satisfatórias para um hotel, só peca no café da manhã há pouca opções, café acabada e não há reposições mesmo que esteja longe do encerramento de servir, não há mesas suficiente para quantidade de hóspedes, é necessário perder mais de 30mim em fila esperando pra sentar.

razoavel café da manhã com reposições muito lentas, todos os dias em que fui me servir estava faltando algum item e demorava muito para ser reposto.

É um hotel lindo, bem confortável, o café da manhã excelente! Só as piscinas que são muito quentes.
