Brilliant hotel, close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Polite and courteous staff and room was very clean and comfortable

My stay at the hotel very poorly. no air no hot water, bed was not comfortable, breakfast meal was not good so I had to relocate and I do expect a refund for the days that I was not there from the 30th to the 2nd. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

It was overall very good, some stuff very good such as the Guy and young lady very helpful and friendly They should improve mattress quality hard as a rock that we have back ache, needs a little of care before customers come to run the air conditioner so doesn't blow dust (Iam allergictodust), that elevator for 2 so anointing but workable I will say despite everything it is a good place becaude of location, safe area, great breakfast filling and the people runs it

Great price for a quick stay at a 3-4 star property. Good staff, very helpful with all our needs and a good breakfast.

Hard to find for taxis

Basic hotel, Very nice staff, excellent breakfasts, busy area, walkable to Copacabana/Leme beach. Did not feel unsafe, and in fact Rio is safer than most Americans believe unless you go into the hillside neighborhoods or certain sections near the Microcenter.

For my travel style it was perfect. The place is older, but it is clean, comfortable, a few blocks from Copacabana beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The service was great and the free breakfast was filling. I would definitely stay here again. The room I was in was on the smaller side but it was adequate for my needs.

Good location, great staff, great breakfast food, however the internet sucks. There’s no internet in the rooms.

A woman in the morning shift front desk is a nightmare. She lied about the computer is not working though it was. I needed to print sone docs. She called me out when a friend came and see me and used my bathroom to pee, my friend was practically went for 2 minutes to used my bathroom. That is so cruel. She is unprofessional in her demeanor and very rude. Not sure why they hire her. Not a good staff. Worst of all during the 4 nights stay , AC is loud snd they didn’t bother to move me to another. Room or at least look and fix the problem. I ended up moved to another hotel and cancelled my next 4 day vacation in Rio. To be fair the elderly gentleman in the morning and evening shifts are attentive and responsive.

The area although convenient is not the best nor the safest. The Spanish gentleman running the front desk is excellent! The room is good everything in working condition! Breakfast is also good and plentiful!

Noisy air conditioning and the zone is circundanted for homeless people

we thought this hotel was good. its expensive but good value for Rio and very close to Copacabana beach and the metro. staff are nice and helpful and the breakfast is good. overall a solid choice if you want to be central but not spend hundreds on dollars.

Muito além do esperado, a entrada do hotel confesso que achei que a experiência seria ruim, mas foi ótima, quarto gostoso e espaçoso, recepcionistas todos simpáticos, banheiro excelente e café da manhã também muito bom ! O que poderia melhorar é o secador

Estadia boa, hotel bem simples. O ponto negativo fica por parte do chuveiro que era horrível e o suporte de colocar sabonete estava podre, todo oxidado. Café da manhã bem simples, um pouco decepcionante se comparado a outros hoteis do RJ que já fiquei

Hotel com bom custo benefício! Quarto e banheiro com tamanho bom! Café da amanhã atende bem, apesar de não ter muita reposição! Mas para o preço do Rio, o hotel atendeu bem! E a localização próximo a praia, bares e restaurantes!

A estadia foi incrível, liberaram nossa entrada antes das 14h00, o quarto é banheiro extremamente limpo e organizado. Hotel bem pertinho da praia de Copacabana uns 3 minutos de a pé. De quebra ainda tem um barzinho ao lado do hotel muito agradável com músicas ao vivo. O café da manhã do hotel é ok.

Viagem de família, ótimo localização, pessoal muito atencioso, café da manhã muito bom.
