Urban life !! City is full of people and there is a lot to see . Everyone was super kind and welcoming and helpful. Driving is definitely a challenge!!!

It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Cost benefit friendly. 18 mim from airport, 10 mim away from everything.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

Hotel antigo, cama de casal pequena e tora para um lado. Regras rígidas. Café da manhã fraco sem opções.

O hotel parece mais bem conservado nas fotos, mas pelo preço que paguei, não posso reclamar. E a academia, como de costume na maioria dos hotéis, não recebe a atenção que a importância desse espaço possui, pelo menos para pessoas como eu. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, isso poderia ser mais bem detalhado.

Peguei a cobertura. O banheiro extremamente velho com o chuveiro quebrado. Pedi para arrumar e fui ignorado. Toalha estava com furos!!!

Fiquei 3 dias no hotel com minhas filhas, o quarto era espaçoso,a limpeza estava ok,o atendimento do hotel maravilhoso de verdade. O que eu percebi é que o café da manhã é carente de opções,são poucas as opções e são repetitivas demais mas tudo que foi servido era muito gostoso. A respeito da localização,por ser um hotel no centro tem sim moradores de rua, mas isso é um problema social de grandes cidades,andei tranquila durante o dia mas não aconselho andar sozinha a noite. No geral minha avaliação é muito positiva e o custo benefício do hotel vale muito a pena, principalmente quem utiliza o modelo de fretamento BUSER,pois tem um embarque e desembarque a cerca de uns 150 metros, ao lado do Largo do Pará.

O café é bom! A recepção não perdoa , se precduar passar uma hora já cobra a diária! No geral , atendeu a expectativa .

Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias e no geral achei satisfatório pelo valor que paguei (promoção do Hotels.com). O check-in do hotel é bem tarde, o que é um ponto negativo, mas como já havia feito o pré check-in online, não demorou muito para poder pegar a chave. O quarto era bom, camas, mantas e travesseiros confortáveis, e ao contrário do que muitos relatam, não havia cheiro de velho, somente de cigarro as vezes por conta de hospedes sem educação que não respeitam as regras. No entanto, a televisão é bem antiga e muito pequena, a iluminação é bem fraca, o ar-condicionado precisa de manutenção e tinha que ter uma limpeza mais pesada no banheiro ao menos 1x ao mês, pois apesar usável e aparentemente limpo, alguns cantos precisavam de uma atenção maior. As paredes parecem ser finais, pois era possível escutar as pessoas no corredor e ao quarto ao lado. A cobertura é bem fraca, parece quase que abandonada. Tem jacuzzi, pebolim, churrasqueira, saúna, mas os móveis são velhos, o ambiente não é tão limpo e os aparelhos da academia me parecem antigos e com pouca manutenção, nem quis usar com medo de quebrar e ter que arcar com o prejuízo (q é informado na propria academia q é por conta do hospede). E por último, o café da manhã. Achei satisfatório, no entanto, deviam apostar em mais variedades, trocando algumas coisas de um dia pro outro, pois foram 5 dias comendo e bebendo basicamente as mesmas coisas por falta de novidade.

O hotel está localizado no centro de Campinas, a regiao proxima é bem movimentada, e as ruas ficam vazias a noite. Apesar disso o amviente do.hotel é bastante seguro e a equipe que trabalha no hotel é excelente. O hotel é antigo, amviente limpo e oganizado, pelo preco que paguei fiquei muito satisfeito.
