Hotel Express

Very nice place with affordable price. Staff was kind and the place very clean

When I arrived in Cuiaba, I called the hotel for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, the receptionist's communication was terrible! The shuttle bus took too long to come over... After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted... Upon entering the room, I noticed the dirty bedroom walls... I went to take a shower and the shower faucet fallen off in my hands, it seemed to be broken for a long time... the shower head was very small and old, and very close to the wall, it was not comfortable bathing there; if is not enough, the bathroom drain was clogged, the bathroom floor got all flooded during my shower. The TV was broken, the modem was hung on the wall by the wires.. the worst part is that the mattress and the pillows were very dirty, I found hair and I saw drooling spots on the pillows... I lifted the bed sheet and the mattress was all torn, dirty and stinking... I guess that mattress is about 20 to 30 years old. My bedroom door and the walls were very thin. The cleaning lady and the other hotel guests were slamming all the doors early in the morning. It was so umpleaseant to wake up before the time I planned... I have pictures to prove what I am saying... I don't think Expedia should allow Hotel Express to be listed on their website. I will never stay in that dumpster again and I don´t recommend this "hotel" to anybody.

Just to stay one night it’s ok but no longer than that.

É um hotel antigo, mas o custo benefício é ok. Na vá esperando algo novo nem nada, pisos lindos ou algo nesse sentido. É simples, eu dormi bem, acho que o banheiro é o que pega mais (a parte do ralo) de resto está ok. Vale o custo benefício. Café da manhã simples.

Hotel prático próximo ao aeroporto

Ar condicionado eficaz, sai antes do café da manhã, poderia iniciar às 06:00 pelo menos.

Muito bom!! Hotel em frente o aeroporto, mesmo assim tem transfer caso esteja com muita mala, super organizado e com ótimo café da manhã.

Hotel bom para passagem apenas atendimento dos funcionários é otimo e oferece transfer gratuito para o aeroporto

Quarto com camas confortáveis, mesmo sendo muito próximo do aeroporto não se ouve o barulho dos aviões, o café da manhã poderia ter alguma outra opção pra pessoas que não comem glúten, (um pão de queijo por exemplo), ficaria ótimo

O quarto que ficamos era novo e muito confortável. A equipe foi muito educada e prestativa. Fica a 500m do shopping e de um supermercado. O translado foi de grande ajuda.

Atendimento cordial, quarto arrumado, porém com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado barulhento e não tinha cobertas disponíveis. Café da manhã ok, atendimento da recepção mto bom! Serviço de translado até o aeroporto é o diferencial.
