Hotel Express

Very nice place with affordable price. Staff was kind and the place very clean

When I arrived in Cuiaba, I called the hotel for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, the receptionist's communication was terrible! The shuttle bus took too long to come over... After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted... Upon entering the room, I noticed the dirty bedroom walls... I went to take a shower and the shower faucet fallen off in my hands, it seemed to be broken for a long time... the shower head was very small and old, and very close to the wall, it was not comfortable bathing there; if is not enough, the bathroom drain was clogged, the bathroom floor got all flooded during my shower. The TV was broken, the modem was hung on the wall by the wires.. the worst part is that the mattress and the pillows were very dirty, I found hair and I saw drooling spots on the pillows... I lifted the bed sheet and the mattress was all torn, dirty and stinking... I guess that mattress is about 20 to 30 years old. My bedroom door and the walls were very thin. The cleaning lady and the other hotel guests were slamming all the doors early in the morning. It was so umpleaseant to wake up before the time I planned... I have pictures to prove what I am saying... I don't think Expedia should allow Hotel Express to be listed on their website. I will never stay in that dumpster again and I don´t recommend this "hotel" to anybody.

Just to stay one night it’s ok but no longer than that.

Quarto estava como queria, equipe receptiva muito prestativa e também orientava quando necessitem

Atendimento cordial, quarto arrumado, porém com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado barulhento e não tinha cobertas disponíveis. Café da manhã ok, atendimento da recepção mto bom! Serviço de translado até o aeroporto é o diferencial.

Bom café da manhã, reposição rápida.. recomendo. Conhecer o estabelecimento. 😉

Quarto limpo e organizado. O sistema de porta é complicado, uma vez que toda vez que o hospede sai do hotel para fazer alguma coisa, ao retornar, precisa autorizar na recepção nova autorização do cartão de abertura da porta.

Excelente custo benefício, em frente ao aeroporto, ao lado de um shopping e um grande supermercado. Café da manhã com muitas opções, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho e com bastante pressão. Perfeito pra quem precisa descansar antes ou depois de um vôo.
