I highly recommend this waterfront hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfy beds.

Great place

The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty.

I had a great time, the hotel has great views, such a beautiful location! I got a very comfortable room. I only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer.

I traveled with a couple and their 2 young children. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The location was ideal - a beautiful view and we never needed our car when we were there - great beaches are across the street and several good/very good restaurants and shopping are easily walk-able; the hotel's food was also very good; the pool is very nice with food and drink right there; the hotel helped us to find a great jeep tour to the beach on the other side of island that at a fair price (he turned one down that he thought was too expensive); the service at the hotel was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that we could easily hear the people next door through the ducts but part of that issue was a very, very loud family whose teenage children and mother yelled everything but since it only really bothered me while sleeping and it was late on our last evening, I didn't say anything to the front desk - they may have been able to change the situation. I would stay here again without hesitation and truly hope that I have the opportunity to return someday.

Pontos positivos: Hotel com excelente estrutura de lazer, tanto para dias de sol como de chuva. Bem localizado, de frente para o mar e perto de restaurantes. Decoração de bom gosto. Café da manhã farto, com pão de queijo assado na hora e bolos/tortas variam de um dia pro outro. Quarto Standard Superior amplo e confortável, com vista para o mar. Armário arejado, com puxador em forma de estrela. Tomadas perto da cama. Repelente de tomada disponível para os hóspedes no quarto. Banheiro amplo, com ducha forte. Bar até 18h com caipirinhas feitas na hora. Pontos negativos: Café "de máquina" com gosto de queimado e alguns pães meio velhos. Não tem elevador. Falta local para estender toalhas e roupas de praia.

A localização é perfeita, mto perto do centrinho e mtos restaurantes e de frente para a praia. Parte dos quartos do hotel estão reformados, o que eu fiquei não estava, mas eu já sabia qdo reservei. Mesmo assim a limpeza foi impecável, enxoval mto cheiroso, ar condicionado novinho, café da muito bom. Equipe mta simpática desde limpeza, recepção, café da manhã, manutenção e tudo mais. Super recomendo

Tudo perfeito!

O hotel deixa a desejar na manutenção, percebe-se que está velho e na parte mais antiga, os quartos estão ruins. A limpeza é razoável. O café da manhã é bom. O bar da piscina é bem médio, tendo pouquíssimas opções de lanches e petiscos. A localização é excelente.

O quarto estava bem arrumado, a equipe foi gentil, a piscina é bem grande com uma linda vista para o mar.

No geral, o hotel é bom. No entanto, deixa um pouco a desejar no café da manhã e na acústica entre os quartos. O atendimento é excelente e a localização também.

O hotel continua com uma limpeza impecável a localização e excelente porém está precisando renovar a mobília e ser mais específico sobre o andar que o quarto se encontra

O Hotel é grande, localização boa, o café é bom, mas o quarto que fiquei era muuito antigo.
