Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est compris et diversifié. Les patrons sont très sympas et prêts à rendre service. L'hôtel est loin du centre mais il y a des bus à proximité.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel itself was VERY nice. Room was big and clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Bathroom was impeccable. The free breakfast was awesome, lots of fruit, bread with meat and cheese, fresh juice, coffee, cake. But what really set this hotel apart was the customer service. It is run by a couple and their son who only speak Portuguese and Spanish. We only speak English and a tiny bit of broken Spanish. They ensured we had everything we wanted for breakfast, even offered to cook us eggs if we wanted. When we were checking out, we had about 5 hours until our flight. We planned on taking a taxi to the city center, walking around with our luggage, and then taking a taxi to the airport. But taxis only take cash, and we only had credit cards. Although the language barrier made it EXTREMELY inconvenient, they helped us figure out a new plan that included them driving us in their personal car to the city center (we paid less than a taxi would charge using our credit card) and they called to set up an airport pickup bus service for us from a specific hotel in the center. They were EXTRAORDINARILY pleasant people who went so far out of their way to help us out even though we only stayed with them one night and we spoke different languages. They even hugged us goodbye lol If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. It was a great experience, and if I ever make it back to Manaus, I can guarantee they will again get my business.
