What wasn't to like. We were greeted by the extremely friendly yet professional staff and from that moment on the hotel and it's staff took care of everything, and I mean everything! So many thoughtful touches made this hotel our ideal get away! Breakfast was included, but I never expected such a breakfast! Nothing less than amazing! Can't wait until our next stay at Hotel Le Renard!

We had a great stay - close to shops and lots of walking uphill and down hill which we enjoy. Walked for miles. Shops excellent - especially Geneve - for sweaters and shirts. Plenty of great excellent restaurants.

Acomodação exatamente como consta na foto. Fiquei no apt luxo 101. Impecável.
Fomos recebidos com taças de espumante e no quarto tinham bombons e marshmallows de boas vindas!
De cortesia ofereceram caldo de noite no salão com lareira e chá da tarde (sanduíches, pão de queijo, pudim…). (Que diferencial!) Ficamos 3 noites e nem acabamos saindo, curtindo o jantar no hotel.
Café da manhã maravilhoso. Nota 1000 para o croissant (melhor do que o da França)!
Possuem transfer para o centro da Capivari até 23h (apesar do hotel ser bem perto. 10min andando).
Fiz massagem (que é terceirizado) de 1h (R$230).
Parabéns aos funcionários Alan, Marisa e Paulo (além dos outros que não anotei os nomes) que foram muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Excelente hotel, quarto espaçoso e muito limpo, localização ótima perto do centro. Serviço de limpesa perfeito. Funcionários muito atenciosos, desde da recepção até do restaurante.
A única coisa é jantar no restaurante que deixou pouco decepcionado, havia acabado o prato que pedimos. Dos restantes, nota 10.

Adorei o hotel! Funcionários atenciosos e muito educados, limpeza excelente! Mas acho que o restaurante do hotel poderia funcionar melhor para jantar, pois hotel é um pouco distante do centro, e com certeza ter um restaurante a noite seria excelente e mais confortável!!! Do mais a localização do hotel é maravilhosa, num local lindo com vista linda, a distância do centro nem é tão distante como da maioria dos outros hotéis, mas a noite para sair ideal ir de carro.
