Location is pretty good. It’s just 3 blocks from popular CrocoBeach. The hotel is run down, needs paint, needs newer decor. My room had 2 small windows facing interior shaft with hanging wires(?). The buffet breakfast is way below what other hotels offer. But if you’re on a budget it would do.

This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay.

Fiquei insatisfeito no geral, salvo café da manhã e equipe de funcionários. O hotel não possui elevadores e estacionamento. O quarto, quando abri, tinha cheiro de mofo, depois melhorou. As toalhas eram velhas, manchadas e rasgadas, não posso afirmar que estavam limpas. No banheiro o sabonete se coloca na janela ao tomar banho, não colocaram sabonetera????As janelas do banheiro não possuem cortina ou algo que empessa vista de prédios vizinhos.

Café de manhã muito bom. Piscina infelizmente só pega sol bem cedo. Funcionários atenciosos. Difícil atendimento do restaurante durante o uso da piscina. Quarto, tudo funcionando, com pequenos problemas que não atrapalham por exemplo a porta com problema pra fechar e o gesso furado por algum vazamento do ar condicionado no gesso. Mas o quarto totalmente funcional, geladeira boa, ar condicionado bom e chuveiro funcionando muito bem. Vista boa. Podia ter uma mesa no quarto e um cabideiro no banheiro. Gostei bastante e voltarei com certeza.
