Foi uma estadia de apenas 1 dia. Foi tudo bem com o serviço e limpeza, porém considero que a estrutura física demanda melhorias, por se tratar de uma estrutura mais antiga. Em contrapartida, o hotel é muito bem localizado.

Friendly staff, great breakfast Great location Few details to be revised like no shampoo in the bathroom, the safe was locked when we checked in .... etc Nothing dramatic I ll definitely stay again

The location is great The grounds are beautiful, the swimming pool is big and in front of your room The rooms in the other hand could be more taken care off The shower leaks out and the entire bathroom gets flooded The mattress could be more comfortable Doors and walls need a paint job The toilets does not flush so well AC works great I got a bangalô 2 rooms and bathroom upstairs and 1 room and bathroom with a small leaving room downstairs The staff is very friendly The Main Street with stores are right in front of the hotel Beach just 5 minutes walk and 20 steps down Breakfast is good Hotel very rustic but serves it purpose

overall the hotel was good but the toilet was clogged, the breakfast room is rather confusing and diffocukt tp navigate when it is crowded so it deserves attention, the room needs to bechecked for bugs for there were lots of mosquitoes, we wanted to leave a bit later than noon but they were not friendky enough to allow us a minimum of twenty minutes delay.

This hotel had very pleasant staff and beautiful grounds. We could walk to many local shops and restaurants and down to the beach. The pool was very nice and lovely. We had a room that didn't have a window, which was a little strange, but each room had a little patio looking at the grounds. There was a bright green iguana wandering the grounds which we enjoyed. Room was comfortable although the first room we had was flooded from rain coming in through the bathroom but they switched us right away. Beds were comfortable and they had a nice breakfast.

Great location and great staff. Get a bungalow. The smaller rooms are not that great.

Overall is good, staff says wi-fi work on the rooms but it only works on the reception area. Breakfast is great. Staff friendly but not much professional

We had two rooms for a family of five. Had an excellent stay.

Though it has 5 stars in Expedia, it is actually far less. Actually, it is not even a hotel, so it shouldn't have stars at all. "hotels" in Pipa are mainly Pousadas, and it's very important to keep this in mind. It is definetely a nice pousada, especially if you compare with other pousadas in the area, but make sure your expectations are not that high. The amenities were great. Beautiful pool, great hammocks, very calm, excellent location. It is right in the middle of the "downtown area", where the different bars are located, and just one mile away from the nice beaches. However, rooms could be better. But again, it's just a pousada, and with that in mind, they are just ok. Breakfast was just ok, too (not as nice as the picture showed, though). Only two important things to criticize: the bed (a pretty thin mattress), and the air conditioner (extremely noisy!). The combination was NOT good... but at least we could take naps at the beach!

Ótimas instalações e opções de atividades. Equipe muito simpática e solicita. Localização incrível!!!

Comodidade muito boa

Não arrumaram meu quarto no último dia da estadia. Reclamei e não obtive resposta nem me deram nenhuma satisfação do motivo.

O acesso ao quarto era somente por escadas e o meu companheiro tem problema de mobilidade. Pedimos para trocar o quarto e a equipe disse que não era possível nem ofereceu opções. Além disso o ar condicionado do quarto não resfriava o quarto. Batia sol diretamente a tarde inteira e era impossível ficar dentro do quarto.
